We can’t ask for an airport top VIP comfort at USPS. This place is good for what it is for; receiving and delivering packages.
Been coming for about a year now the experiences has been good—compared to other USPS—the only negative thing about this USPS is the schedule, time and days of operating. Sometimes they close too early without notice or due to other circumstances they stop receiving orders (as snow, thunderstorm, etc).
Overall, is a very good USPS.
Edit: They started to stop receiving packaging randomly throughout the week or the day. -3 stars.

I wish I could give it a -1. This has to be the worst Post office. Never any help Opens late and No customer service. It's like they don't want to help. Some of my mail has been missing for months.

I had a similar experience as the young lady below. I had a 200$ money order mailed. Whoever the courier is claimed that the mail could not be delivered and never attempted to redeliver. When I go up to this post office still have not laid eyes on my piece of mail and blaimed me actually. Why was the mail not to be found? And the workers are so careless.

This place is a joke . Don't come here to mail nothing. You'll get better results if you deliver it your self. The ppl that work at this site can care less about your time. Employees going to lunch while there are 6 ppl in line. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS, THANK ME LATER.

I was a little afraid to try the branch out after reading the reviews. There was a line of maybe 6 people in front of me and I was still in and out in about 5mins. The lady working today was friendly and worked very effectively.

UPDATE! 2/21/2025 My mail finally was delivered late 2/20/2025. IT WAS OPEN!! Clearly, someone is tampering with the mail. Yall got a thief in there. (See the photo) I feel the only reason the $200 money order was not stolen was because it was a Post Office money order..too easy to trace. WOW! I'm telling someone!! I guess God protected my lil money from demons. lol
Do not do business at this location! A package was sent to me on Feb 3rd from Alabama(a 3 hour drive) and it has not reached me by even today Feb 13th. When I went in to complain or inquire about it, they literally said they had people there that didn't want to work and that they were behind in getting mail out..and that's all she could tell me. What if this was life saving meds or something? So, they just don't care? This is unacceptable! We all have to do something. This is not my first time having issues with these people. When I lived in Buckhead(high end zip code), I had no issues getting mail for 17 years. Since being near this post office for 3.5 years, the mail is just a joke. The postmaster on site seemed like she was tired of trying to make these people do their jobs, but because of the union, the lazy employee seem to get away with murder and get paid. The 1 star I gave goes to the postmaster lady who at least was real about the situation she's in. However, she should be speaking up on the local news or something. I will let the right people know..and it starts with this Google review.

Should be closed. Supper useless. I came here, people sit in the counter does not even care, saying the system is not working, tell me can drop the item but no liable for that. I dont know why do they open for.

Got here at the establishment at 4:00 PM; however, the doors were closed, and there were no visible signs indicating the reason for this closure.
