Yes, the employees are mean, but don't forget they're also incompetent. I've now lost 2 items placed in the blue box outside in the past month. Is anyone picking up the mail? Squirrels? And I dropped off a small pre-labeled and paid package at the counter where the Mean Man pointed me to do so, and the package hasn't been scanned. No tracking. Next time, I'll just drive to West Virginia myself.

They don’t post their lunch hours. I don’t think they want customers. I arrived at 1245 pm on Wed Feb 21. Window service shut down. Front door locked. Side door open. Many customers arriving and scratching their heads as posted schedule says they should be open but they are not open for window service. No sign to let people know side door is open. That’s one way to reduce workload. DeJoy is successfully dismantling the USPS.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a USPS. The man who works here is very rude and mean. He ignored my question when I asked if the form needs to be filled out in a certain way, and kept yelling at me “do you want to fill it out or not!”Should read the reviews before I went to this place since most of the reviews complained the same bald man

Had to wait in line with an empty counter for about 5 minutes. I was fine with that… when i was getting helped with a return package I asked if I would have any charges and was told nothing is free for my return package (which said no postage necessary) he then said I have to tape the return label to package and when I was if there was any tape available for free he did not respond and just moved on to next customer. I then used 2 pieces of tape from a roll on the counter I apparently had to spend $4 on. This was only the major points, also more that happened but I don’t want this to be any longer. It just wasn’t good customer experience in the slightest.

At this location the male employee is very condescending and disrespectful.. he talks to customers like we’re stupid and he has a horrible attitude. Very unhelpful and unpleasant. I’ll stick to UPS for future packages.

You know who I mean when I say the man that works here is the meanest, most ridiculous person to ever work in a customer facing job. Makes up a new usps policy/rule for every time he doesn’t want to do something, and is so rude!!! I suspect my package that I dropped off will not be sent based on how rude he was to me. USPS do better!!

Incredibly unprofessional staff that basically accused me of trying to steal the credit card information of the customer in front of me simply because I accidentally went past a sign that said "wait here" and was looking forward. Instead of just asking me and others behind me to move back (which I gladly would have done) the employee kept going on and on saying I was "all up on" the customer in front of me. There are nicer ways to convey a message without humiliating and accusing someone in front of other customers! Talk about jumping to conclusions. How ridiculous and embarrassing! Mind you this is past 5pm after waiting in line for 20 minutes because there is only one person working the desk. I usually do not leave poor reviews, but my experience was so uncalled for and I therefore will not be returning to this location.

Can you give 0 stars? Doesn’t matter who is working here- no one is helpful or kind. Ever. I asked for a recommendation on the box size based on my items…the employee said “we don’t care what you use.” Not the question. I tried sizing myself and damaged an envelope in the process, that I of course, had to then purchase. In my short 10 minute visit, he managed to pressure me with his pending lunch break, made me move to 3 different counters, and provided no guidance on getting this package shipped successfully. Let’s hope it shows up to its final destination!

Rudest establishment I’ve ever been to in my life. The male clerk up front was by far the rudest man I’ve ever met. This usps should be investigated and restructured.

By far, my worst experience at any government ran office.Please inspect how the guy who works treats customers, it is absolutely sickening.The guy that is rude is bald. Avoid him like the plague if you want your day to be decent

If you'd like to be treated like an idiot, this is the place for you. The bald dude is not helpful at all. If there is an issue with mail or packaging instead kindly giving guidance or directions, he will talk to you like you having been working with USPS as long as him. I usually dont leave bad reviews unless there is seriously something wrong.

I’m here to say that the bald man you’ll see multiple people on here complaining about is exactly how he’s been described; rude and very unhelpful. I had a package that I intercepted and placed the delivery address at this location. I walked in and asked for the package and told him it was intercepted and instead of even checking he was immediately dismissive and told me that it wouldn’t be there. I contacted postal services only to find out the package had been there all along and now was on its way back to my home address. If he’d simply have checked I would have had my package that day instead of having to wait an additional three days for it to be returned to my home mailbox. This is a ridiculous level of incompetency and he needs to be fired.
