Location never opens on time. Not sure if USPS employees are responsible for opening the security gate or the Greenbrair Mall management is responsible for opening this location on time. The entire office was locked up and lights off during operating hours. A piece of paper was on the roll down door saying “out for lunch”. It was 2:50 PM.

Awful experience! The woman came in and locked the door while we were trying to get in even though they were supposed to be open!! The mall security and management said they’ve been getting complaints about her. She looked at us from the window and rolled her eyes while we all waited there, knocking on the window and door. I never been so disgusted with service before!! We will also be calling corporate to report her!!

Everytime I come in here the wait is extremely long. I’ve been in line for 30 minutes, I would’ve left if it was another location open but unfortunately, this was the only one. No sense of urgency! Terrible customer service.

It's Saturday, Sept. 21st at 1:28p.m. and they are suppose to be open until 6pm and they are not. They are closed. Please update the schedule online and on the window because it also shows they are suppose to be open now.

Horrible experience today the employee TOMIKA! Is very disrespectful and has no class about her with that BAPS hairstyle. I went to go do a change of address very rude then told everyone they have to buy tape to ship there packages can’t use there’s smh so unprofessional!
