It's a nice and clean post office. It is very busy at times but the line was moving pretty fast.

I have been there a few times and my experience has not always been pleasant but it is the closest. I am Hispanic and have not been treated like most of the people who go in there. I am polite, say hello and how are you? But to no avail they are short, rude, no eye contact or courtesy conversation. But I have witnessed that the African American person before me is treated very well even with a good morning, hello, laughter which is quite disheartening for me as a customer. Everyone should be treated with respect, courtesy, acknowledgement, kindness and see beyond what they choose to see. FYI I have never had to post anything like this before. I hope it gets better.

It would be enlightening for them to experience the hardships that many face every day, without the protection or privileges they currently enjoy. I go to this facility once a month to get postal money orders that I save as supposed to putting my money in a bank account. Reason is because postal money orders have no expiration date But when I go there there is one lady that's really gorgeous and her name is Tomika And she's very friendly and courteous. I have had a crush on her forever and a day and I've come to realize that she's hiding a secret. It's hard for customers to see until she stands up to go get an item for a customer. It is at that moment you realize.... the seriousness of the situation...♥️♥️???

Tomika is great! She is ALWAYS courteous and polite. She handles my packages efficiently, and gives a receipt. Wish all employees were like her!

They were not busy yet had 2 people working the window. The ladies were pleasant and helpful. This was actually refreshing in a post office.

Ms. T was the nicest and most helpful person ever. She was friendly to me and every other customer she helped. I've never mailed a package before and she was very understanding and helpful

I’ve been here a couple of times and have gotten really good customer service. Maybe I came on good days but the workers have always been nice. Especially the lady with the red hair.

I’m taking this to another level. This lady intentionally broke all of my jars amd one package didn’t come to me. She claims to be the Supervisor. She damaged all of my packages bc I left empty boxes in the post office. I won’t stop until something changes.

I have never had a problem with this location.. yes sometimes the line may be long.. people need to have patience.. if you choose to wait why get upset.. I have waited at times other time I just walked right in.. if you put out negative energy.. then expect the same.

They lied and said the holding my package so to my request and that not accurate because i never spoke to no one and they never answer the phone i don’t understand why they even got this location open they do not do they job someone need to investigate them seriously
