The BEST postal location on the south side. I am a business owner, so I’ve been to many locations. For the past two years I have been shipping off at this Red Oak location and it’s been nothing but great experiences. The lines move quick and the customer service is good. I normally visit after 1pm. The postal worker at the window is always helpful.

Oh absolutely horrible place I was mailing off a card to my sister and they was the only ones see me mail it and my sister said it was cut open and the card is missing and I hope whoever took it knows it’s been reported stolen. Ya’ll are horrible people and I hope whoever took the card you go to the store and be ready to pay and you can’t and look like a fool 🤣🤣🤣🤣

First off if a machine has been malfunctioning all day a work order should have been put in. The lady was rude the id machine not working she know it don’t work but yet not trying to help. Horrible experience I just go to east point they are nicer

I place mail in mailbox on October 30th to mail in Mcnough ga. I person still didn't receive it. I filled out form and gave reference number, get voicemail by supervisor after hours only get phone rings constantly. After several attempts I received email by postmaster only since no tracking number.. that should be returned to sender. I find it lack unprofessionalism handles this matter. I still waiting received my mail back.

I was inconvenience this morning at the Red Oak post office because ; she said this box is not shippable. The same box you see taped on a scale is at the Old National post office. Was shipped.
Red Oak location will never see me again.
Saddens me we can’t support our own community businesses because the wrong people get hired to be unprofessional.

Postmaster and clerk are always friendly and helpful every time I come in to mail my packages. They always greet me with a smile and a warm welcome.

2nd time here and it's my last time here. Im not sure WHO this dark.brown, blond woman is but she says all the right things in the wrong tone and I now understand WHY she keps the window closed because someone is going to rock her isht one day soon. The way they waste your time simply because they won't put simple.SUPPLIES OUT is ridiculous. You have nonstandard in line to get Priority/Express boxes.and labels...really anything that the Post Office typically has available for its customers you have to stand in line for. Then after you box your stuff up and label it you have to get BACK in line..Blonde says it's to prevent waste. Well who made you the waste manager?? Other than the waste of customers time this process has created. I would rather drive farther for access to mailing supplies AND good service than to deal with her trash bag attitude.

It's 11:18 AM on 1/10/2024 I dropped off an item for a return and the “Post Master” with the two-tone hair was extremely rude to every customer that walked through the door. She slammed the window shut tossed my box to the side and advised me I needed to pay for a piece of tape $3.99. I asked for her name or business card this rude lady said her name was “Post Master” some people the wrong position for this type of service.

The normal mail lady is on a leave, she let the community know. I live on Buckeye place in Atlanta. This temporary mail girl is horrible.The last two days she keep driving by and not leaving our mail. How do I make a complaint about this mail girl cause this is ridiculous.

It is Wednesday Aug.16 2023 1130a whoever the woman at the counter is a lier...so told me a bold face lie...I was waiting inside since 1125a to just by a stamp and drop one letter...the door was already locked with a female patron inside...when she let the female out at 1128a she said we are closed did you read the sign I said yes but ive been out here since 1125a she replied no you wasnt i locked the door at 1129a i said mame its 1128 now and showed my watch then she said we'll there are 3 other places....if she can lie about 4 min no telling what she is capable of lying about...you can't take her word on nothing...I promise you that
