Came at 2:55PM on a Wednesday. Main door open but door to speak to a rep was locked with a sign “We are closed for lunch. We will return at 2:30PM.” Customers were knocking on the door. Employees were just inside hanging out with not an ounce of decency to alert that they wouldn’t be returning or that they were running behind. There are plenty of people who need a job right now, so when I see ignorance like this it really pisses me off. Elderly women were waiting in line, with boxes. And had been waiting longer than myself who ultimately decided to leave. Shame on USPS. All these poor reviews. Shut the damn place down already.

This post office has consistently poor service. They also close the lobby area before 6pm (despite the hours of operation marked on the door). They’re also closed on Saturday (again, despite what’s marked on the door). I wish there were a closer option but unfortunately I’m stuck with this one.

Packages in transit to be shipped through this facility are coming up missing and when you report it to customer service, you are being told to file a claim. Tickets are being closed without a resolve to the complaint

Closed the door in front of an elderly lady face told her they were closing for lunch. This elder lady barely could walk, as I’m leaving the lady barely made it to the car!!! Terrible service!!!! I DONT KNOW HOW THIS LOCATION IS EVEN OPEN STILL. please hire pleasant people.

Postmaster needs to staff this place adequately because this is ridiculous to be closed during business hours. I have been all over the world and the U.S. and this is never the case during business hours. Y’all need to do ATL better because who raised you/trained you Mgmt or whoever is in charge

Their posted hours of operation for Saturday are not correct and needs to be updated. They were not open when I arrived there at 11am one Saturday, nor were they open at 12p another Saturday I went. This is completely inconvenient when you're driving out of your way based on posted hours. Correct the hours of operation on the website to reflect accurate information... a very simple fix.

They need to close this post office and stop wasting people’s time. I have been here at least FOUR times during business hours and they are not open. They seem to Also take Lunch off schedule and they are under staffed. It’s too much of a hassle for people who live in this area and need quality services

Ben Hill Post Office us the worst. It was suppose to be opened at 9:00am. It's now 11:09am.

I ALWAYS regret coming here! Why is this place not shut down! They’re so unprofessional and it’s ALWAYS something going on with them that inconveniences customers constantly! I have to move out of this area immediately!

I encountered one of the worst customer service attitudes I have experienced in some time. Her name was Ms. Graham. Her rude and non caring attitude was very noticeable. I had questions about holding mail for a family that had moved away. I also notice there are other complaints about her on this Google rating. Not sure what the Postmaster for this location is doing but maybe receiving customer service training for the employees there will help improve such a low rating.

I used this post office for the last three months. The service and inconsistent hours were so awful I switched locations. The lobby is NOT accessible 24 hours as stated. I had mail and packages that would be missing for weeks. The location is poorly staffed, so when you do figure a time they are actually open and operating, the wait times are wild. Also the parking lot isn’t the best. There was also a homeless camp (no shade) next door. I never had any issues with anyone there and they seem to mind their business but I was not expecting that when I showed the first time to pick up my box keys. I don’t see this location staying open for very much longer.

There is always a staffing issue at this location. I am currently sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open. All of the clerks are rude and nasty.
