The man that helps with the passports was very quick and knowledgeable. There's a woman that works at this location that told me there was nothing they could do about my package being delivered to the wrong location as if it's not their job to make sure people's mail is delivered correctly. Just absurd. I had to email their customer service and call the help line because when I went in person I was refused help.

Most horrible level of customer service. I was turned away 2 days in a row attempting to pick up my child's seizure medication on ice in which the tracking stated available for pickup at 3900 Crown Road. In a life or death situation, they turned me away because they don't want to work. The 1st time I was told to come back the following day at 10am. The 2nd time, I had to literally beg the supervisor who initially turned me away. She said wait until Monday because she would have to look for it. They rather make me go back and forth across town day after day when the tracking states ready/available for pickup and the package is right there at the location. They didn't even care that it's my daughter's refrigerated seizure medication and put her life in danger. No one wants to do their job, not even the supervisor. After me being persistent, the supervisor went right in the back and came out with the package. I hate that USPS continues to allow this type of behavior and disservice to the public. What's the point in hiring people that don't want to work? If you don't like your job then remove yourself. People that don't even care about human life is as low as it gets.

Quite poor customer service and quite rude treating people. If you want a 2 days service to ship a simple letter be ready to pay more than $38, then is not difficult to understand why private companies are more successful and people are loosing more and more government related jobs⦠so sad!

They need to do a heavy investigation on this usps facility packages come up missing or not delivered and checks itās a lot of theft happening at this location good luck getting any mail or packages from this location because it almost never leave this facility

For anyone considering this location to obtain a PIV card or anything for that matter; RUN! The women here, including the Supervisor Shepard and her team are awful. The attitudes, the rudeness, and unprofessionalism is worth driving to a different location. The Post Master should definitely do a deep dive on the employees here, the experience here is horrible.

I had to come here repeatedly to deal with a Money Order Issue. Every time I came, the experience was more pleasant than I expected! Angela is fantastic and offers 10/10 service; as do her fellow staff members! Everyone was very kind and helpful.
4 stars instead of 5 because there are a myriad of inconvenient USPS rules that donāt make sense; but the staff canāt do anything about that. So 5 stars to the staff, 4 stars to the USPS at Crown Rd as a whole!

I wish you all would have a sense of customer service with your job performance. I've had countless packages since 2/2024 all the way through YESTERDAY bounce between the ATL hub and my home hub, or between ATL and Palmetto. Seriously it's taken what used to be 3-5 day shipping and turned it into 7-11 day shipping or completely LOST mail. This is ridiculous. Do better. I have a package that was at my LOCAL HUB 6/9, went BACK to ATL 6/10 @ 3am and HASN'T MOVED SINCE.

Went to mail my package and I had the worst experience of my life. The window clerk they call ed him JT. Was very rude and unprofessional for a window clerk at this facility. The power had went out so they was trying to get the RSS machines to come back up. A young lady came up from ask if she was the supervisor or manager she said yes whatās the problem. I preceded to explain and he just jumped in the conversation loud as can be. She ask him to wait he kept being in subordinate all out of control. He really needs to be suspended with out pay for a week and take a window clerk class again.

Guy with the grey Afro. Attitude real nasty. My dad and I made an appointment for the passport. He couldnāt find our appointment. Showed him a code he still couldnāt find it. Made us step to the side in a real mean way instead of saying it āsorry we canāt find you appointmentā. Told us we have to go somewhere else on that packet. We Need people with better attitudes. The warehouse hiring men. You donāt really have to speak to people.
