Helpful but unpleasant. It's obvious they're not enjoying what there doing. There should be training on how to greet your customers.Without us there would be no you!

Sent a very expensive item from California via priority mail that was supposed to be delivered on the 10th and it's now the 20th and it still has not been delivered and there are no updates. Tried calling but no answer this is ridiculous! I've sent thousands of items and this is the only place that has ever lost one but according to the other reviews this is a very often occurrence here

Every time I have come here in the past few months, the same woman is working at the counter and she is so knowledgeable, helpful, expedient, and pleasant. I will drive out of my way to come to this post office over any other one in Atlanta.

Great service today from the staff. I had an issue with my parcel locker being stuck. I went in person to see if I could get it resolved which they did in a timely manner. They actually made me feel like they wanted to help me as soon as I came inside. Thankful for Mr. Ed Johnson for bringing my package that was stuck in the locker to my doorstep personally after fixing the issue. Thank you!

A package was supposed to arrive within 1-2 days and has been sitting at this facility for a whole day and won’t be available for delivery for another two days. It’s all their fault because it should have come out for delivery today. The package is a custom made garment for a special ceremony and now I won’t be able to attend. Shame on you

Don't even bother going here to ship packages. And beware the close before closing time and set their own hours

I'd give no stars if I could. We handed 70 metered envelopes containing checks to a postal employee behind the counter. Not one single check made it to it's destination. Within 2 weeks time we have had fraudulent checks passed on 33 of our business checking accounts. The Hapeville location is NOT a safe location to mail anything of value from.

This review is about the condition of the facility, not the staff. This historic building in the heart of Hapeville is today a disgrace. After many attempts to reach the managers over a year's time to present community concerns, the facility still looks neglected, unmaintained, and depressing with overgrown shrubs, uncut grass, mildew, and stains all over the building. The signage is rusty, there is no outside lighting after dark, there is no ADA access, and there's always an accumulation of leaves and trash. The inside is equally dismal with tacky cardboard displays, falling tiles, dirty floors and windows... USPS used to be a point of pride in every community. These photos tell the current story (Fall 2022). As federal property, the city cannot compel USPS to do anything about this and it's insulting because they don't care evidently. I've heard mayors in other towns state that their local USPS is actually bringing down neighboring property values. I think the staff inside do the best they can and I applaud them for that even though most of what gets delivered to my home is junk mail that I don't need or want and can't stop. The senior leadership of the USPS nationwide clearly has some major modernizing and updating to do on 1000's of their buildings.
