This location is a disgrace. They close earlier then they are supposed to without any notes of why. You can barely get service here. Not sure why they are still operable. Just horrible!

Less than one star ……
Hours are 9am - 5pm. Representatives strolls in a 905am with no urgency and a terrible attitude. Doors weren’t opened until close to 920am.
Ms. Johnson is horrible, didn’t want help or give any information to customers. Very rude and unprofessional.
How is this location even still open ?
Step it up, your behaviors show the inadequacy

only one girl works! always very big!!! girls are rude and angry! I came twice, the girl said that I need to come later for my parcel, I came again and it turned out that my parcel was in a completely different place! useless employee! completely incompetent person!

If I could give 0 starts I would. The service and lack of urgency are absolutely terrible. They close at 5 but the doors are locked at 3:46. The lady is stating that theyre open but we have to wait and a lady has been waiting here for an hour for the doors to be unlocked. There's no communication on what's going on whatsoever.

It’s a no holiday August 5th at 230pm and the doors are closed, not a staff member in sight. I’ve accepted the fact that the service here sux but it’s the only post office that we have. This is about rediculous. We pay our taxes and expect our Post Offices to be open at least during normal banking hours. Why???

This is not a honest post office my brothers certified mail has not been recovered at all. The staff are rude. Don’t advise people to use this Postal Service at all. I give them zero stars.

Don't count on them being open to pick up it's to the point I don't buy things online if they ship usps because this location is not open or can't find your package.

If you a crash out, go here! Who df hired these unstable creatures; I went to 3 post offices, this one n Pryor st some bs… FEDs come check out businesses asap, the public can’t even be serviced in a building we pay for😔

Horribly ran. Women behind the counter are scammers. Charging customers additional $5 dollars to print pre paid labels from their personal print while the internet was down for over a week. Even now their cars are out back, lobby is closed and customers are lineup. 10am and is supposed to open at 9. Trash staff
