Holiday season, one man working, 30 people, waiting, I genuinely did not feel comfortable leaving my packages here. I’m at a lady in the parking lot and I warned her, she told me she was here for over an hour two days ago with the same situation and she did not trust. Just leaving her packages in the prepaid area And went to try to find another post office. Something wrong with this picture. Dropped off 50 boxes and two larger boxes. Went back 2 1/2 hours later and they were still sitting there. Follow up: processing took about 12 hours but all 50 items made their destination. The overall system works.

This is the 2nd usps I’ve been to today every one I went to literally had only one person at the front desk but I can hear others in the back laughing and seem like playing around, when they should be team working to help service the customers since it is the holiday seasons line was out the door when I showed up

This location's approach to servicing customers is disrespectful to the people that live in South Fulton. It's a blemish to our community. Only 1 person services customers and they have no kiosks. Lines and wait times are beyond ridiculous. This is a reflection of poor management and leadership at the local and federal level. My hope is that one day the same customer experience that I receive in other parts of metro Atlanta is what this location will be able to provide to its customers. You might as well get rid of the people and replace it with kiosks or change this to a UPS store that offers USPS services.

It is so disappointing that the Postal Service does not enhance their level of customer service. They’ve always been known for poor service and they don’t disappoint. There were nine people ahead of me in line. There was one person working. The attendant seemed to be challenged with the computer system and took 15 minutes with one person that was only mailing a package. This is ridiculous. 35 minutes to get one book of stamps.

I am beyond pissed. This is not the first time that the mail carrier for my neighborhood (Cambridge Meadows) has claimed to deliver something and that was false. Now I’m dealing with an issue where it says my package has been out for delivery for TWO DAYS! How does that make sense??? I haven’t even gotten any regular mail. This is PATHETIC service! If there is a personal issue with the driver then somebody else needs to pick up their slack because people have prescriptions they need to get a hold of, bills, checks, materials, etc. I don’t know who needs to be fired but how many times does someone have to complain for something to be done! Now I have to use my gas to drive up to the postal office just to find out what the hell is going on with my package and WHERE IS IT?!

Beyond Horrible Customer Service. Arrived 45 mins prior to closing and they stated they were closed. When I inquired about the reason for an early closing the man holding the door closed proceeded to meet me with an attitude while attempting to talk to me through a door. This was my first and is my last time frequenting this establishment. Our community deserves so much more!

I filed a complaint with USPS. The carrier never redelivered my package. Someone from the post office called to acknowledge my complaint and hung up on me when I complained about the new redelivery date they wanted to set! Very scary these ppl have important packages and treat you nasty!

For the 2nd time, mail that I put into the boxes at this post office were intercepted, and my non-profit had a $12,000 near miss in fraudulent activity. Thankfully we bank with a banker that takes pride in their fraud detection process and theybwere able to catch it. I believe that someone working for this post office may be the culprit to haneus activity. Please beware when dropping your mail off to this location.

Terrible. They lost my passport and birth certificate. Package never received a delivery scan and they were not able to find it anywhere. I suppose it just vanished into thin air. Also, any time I have ever been to the physical location the line is extremely long and there is usually only one person at the counter. Recommend going somewhere else - or have your mail delivered by horse and carriage instead, it's probably faster, but almost assuredly more reliable.

Please have a job fair! This location needs help ASAP! I tried 3 times to pick up mail and the line has been out the door with ONE employee working. UNACCEPTABLE!

This place was actually fine despite the bad reviews lol, not gonna lie I avoided it but gave it a shot. Lady at the counter was very helpful, nice clean environment, and my letter even made it to its destination after giving them money! ?

Its 930am. Thought p.o. are opened early. I walk in & theres a line yet doors arenot opened. There was 13 ppl on this line. Smh. Everyones complaining.

My package was supposed to be delivered to me in mid December. I have opened up four claims they denied my claims and closed them out stating that they delivered my package. A couple of my claims were with the Consumer Affairs. This location reached out to me and informed me that they delivered my package to the wrong house after the consumer Affairs claim was placed...why am I still waiting for a refund and a call back from the manager and it's mid February. I'm the one who is at a lost and have had to be on the phone with numerous people at corporate, I even drove to the location for in person resolution to no avail. This is unsatisfactory customer service and resolve.
