These people had the audacity to not forward a check that I was looking for to my new address that has been in the postal system for 10 months now and to send it back to the agency it came from! I get all of my other mail and bills forwarded to my current address with the yellow paper on the front of the envelope with my current address on it, but you don't put it on my check that I need? Im beyond disgusted at this post office and so glad that I left from around this area and don't have to use the services from here or the surrounding businesses ever again!

I have informed delivery. This office is scanning all my mail and things they do scan never reaches my home. The staff needs to be fired. This office needs investigation. I’m reporting them because this is insane

It’s nearly 10 a.m., and the door is locked with no staff available to assist. I'm unsure if there’s a staff shortage, but it's quite frustrating to be waiting outside the post office when it was supposed to open at 9 a.m. update after standing for over thirty minutes I was advised they are closed.

ATP the drivers are stealing packages because it’s no way the whole community is having this issue. You would think a government funded company would guarantee that you receive your package. I have better luck getting stuff delivered from a random uber driver. This is ridiculous. I’m getting into it with my rent office over packages that USPS send to them instead of the mailbox. Then some don’t get delivered at all, others marked delivered but missing. I’m about to just start sending my packages to my sister’s house atp.

Marked my item as deliver and mailbox is empty . They never answer my call . The only way to contact them is by email which takes soooo long . This is not the first time a package is lost with them

Constantly delivering packages to another address with the same numbers. Constantly driving up on sidewalk - breaking sidewalk. Constantly runs stop signs.

I recently moved back they tried to charge me $30 for a replacement key for a mailbox key, they wasnt open today and it looks like employees are behind the building sitting in their cars waiting for whatever reason. This is the worse postal service experience I have had in my life.

Avoid this location. They are rude and slow. Why even have the doors open if you're telling people to just lay your package down here because the clerk is trying to go on her lunch 🙄

I’ve been to this location for minor things like stamps and shipping and have never experienced a problem. I signed up for a PO Box today and Ms. Gholston (sp) was so sweet. I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by her in the past and she’s always delightful. Overall, the USPS has its issues but it’s not the fault of customer facing staff.
