I understand that post offices have a reputation for not being the nicest, most efficient office. I feel like at this point that’s what I’m used to. However, this particular post office is the worst post office I’ve ever been to in my life. And I have lived in multiple states. If there’s no one at the counter you’re going to be waiting in line for more than 10 minutes. No matter how often you say “Hello is anyone there?” Will they arrive. Then if you ring the bell, they get mad at you because you rang the bell even though you’ve been talking to get someone to help you. You cannot win at this location.
If you need to go to a post office and this is the closest one to you, just keep driving and go to the next one.

If this location is closing GOOD!
All staff is unhelpful and rude, girl as the counter on her phone, and the tall man yelled at me from behind the counter If I paid for my mailer AS IF!

I had to send multiple tax returns today. Katherine was wonderful. She confirmed all the correct IRS and GA Department of Revenue PO Boxes. She suggested to only use First Class for my GA returns because the state picks up the returns directly which saved me $25. She had a very soothing manner and answered all my questions.

Not sure why this place got such low reviews. I had no problems on my visit. I was able to come in, buy a package, and ship my items in about 5 minutes.

Closed at least two hours early, and didn't have any flat rate boxes or labels and that's the only reason I came.
