Review Title: Delivered to Wrong Address & Ruined My Birthday
The post office mail carrier delivered my package to the wrong address, and I have no idea how that even happened. I live in a house, yet somehow they confused it with an apartment building? That makes no sense at all.
I’ve called the post office repeatedly—no answer. When I finally got through, they told me they’d “look into it” in 3–4 business days. This was my birthday outfit that I’ve been waiting weeks for, and now my birthday is ruined because of their careless mistake. Unprofessional, frustrating, and completely unacceptable.

Above and beyond customer service! I had to intercept a package to be delivered here, and the manager (Regina) drove all the way from another location to give it to me. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the young lady up front. Regina came and personally handed me my package. This has been the best experience at a post office so far. I’m a traveler, so this has truly impressed me. It’s rare to receive great service like this these days.

This post office takes over 2 hour or more lunch breaks. Closing down the office, they should at least have one person at all times at the desk and rotate lunch breaks. They close the place down during operating hours when they should be open and on a Monday!! That's not right.

DO NOT GO HERE. Lady up front doesn't care about anyone or her job. Constantly on the phone and gets an attitude very easily. Wouldn't provide her supervisor or provide me who the postmaster was. If you go her and have a similar experience please go to usps site and file a complaint. Tax dollars shouldn't be funding this waste of space.

PO Box hours M-F are until 630pm per website. The doors are always locked and you cannot get your mail from your PO Box. Update the website or have the doors open until 630 pm per the website

I used to like this post office (compared to Buckhead location). I haven't been here in a minute but the new employees left much to desire in terms of professionalism and customer service. The kiosk was out of paper and not working, lobby was messy, and one particular employee (mentioned in other reviews) was on her phone the WHOLE time and chewing gum SMACKING her lips like a cow. I won't be returning here.
