I booked a haircut with Frankie today which when I arrived she told me she could not do the whole service because of my textured hair and I would need to reschedule. I had called beforehand to double check that she would have enough time and was told yes. I even booked a babysitter for this since my husband and I were going to have our first date since having a baby for our anniversary. So disappointed and felt this was discriminatory because of the texture of my hair. I left in tears so frustrated because I was looking forward to the TLC that I rarely get since becoming a mom

Just an outstanding experience!! David, the stylist, listened carefully and talked through his suggestions. The new style is perfection!!
Requested style: I wanted to get a new style but still needed to be able to get it back in a ponytail and not use anything besides brushes and an occasional straightener.
Stylist: David has so much experience and definitely knows what he’s doing. He’s easy to work with and did a fantastic new style for me.

As always, I was 10- star happy with my haircut with Jenny (have been a client for over 15 years) and partial highlights with Naomi, who did my color for the first time. Naomi and her assistant Coco were very professional, friendly and kind! My color turned out perfectly! The vibe is upscale but not intimidating or snobby - just comfortably concierge level treatment is what you can expect. All my experiences over the years at Van Michael in Sandy Springs have been the BEST! I can also recommend Laura for brows and makeup - she really knows how to maximize what I have to work with (very sparse brows with post surgical scars from skin cancer -use sun protection!). I can't say enough about how consistently each and every staff member has provided caring, professional and skilled service for the many years I have been a client.

I finally found a team of stylists that get me and my more elaborate hairstyles. My stylist did a great job with help from another senior stylist to do her first "disconnected" bob. I don't want to look like everyone else and I'm here to rock new ideas and anything against the mainstream and that means NOT looking like a Karen or a QTip sporting granny as I grow out my white hair and I'm having none of that. Thank you to your entire team, I'm looking forward to doing more as this grows out to acquire that Lady Death cosplay look in the near future.
