Vandyke mortgage was a fantastic lender to work with. Stephen Katz was prompt with all of his replies, and would respond to all of our questions about our loan and the process within a few hours, if not minutes. After comparing rates with several companies Stephen was able to help us secure a much lower rate than other companies, saving us hundreds of dollars a month on our mortgage every month. This is second time I am working with Stephen Katz to refinance my home. Once you work with him, you never feel like, it is necessary to consider another person for your mortgage needs. Katz is honest and straight forward and the initial assessment you see is what you get at the end or even better. No games, no gimmicks.
