Great customer service! I think people don’t realize that this location is in such a busy location. Some issues take 5 minutes while some take hours but they get to you as soon as possible. They try to work with you to solve all your issues and they make you feel very welcome!

Sent my mom there to pick up a phone and they said it was $30 to help her set up her new phone .. she then said the would pay after customer service said they would issue a credit just for the store manager to say he won’t take her old phone she needed to turn in which was the whole purpose of coming to the store at all the worst store ever 0/10

The most atrocious customer service I have ever received. Had no customer service skills at all. There was no greeting, everyone was extremely short and they seemed more interested in speaking with each other then helping. I’m not sure if the woman in here is the manager but I will be reaching out to corporate because no one deserves to be treated like this when they are spending money on a phone. I had to set up my own phone and then received no help and was told oh you were supposed to be helped and it’s 30 dollars for us to set it up. I feel sorry for anyone who has to pay for their terrible attempt at “help”

I had an incident where a fraudulent account was opened in my name. Justin the assistant office manager was FANTASTIC and helped me resolve the issues in under 15 minutes.

Mannnnn when I tell you I was about to give up becoming a customer of Verizon I was about done. Until i came into this store and the assistant manger Diamond helped me out. I had a very odd situation. I was given the run around for almost a week. When I explained my situation whit her she said give her until the end of the day. I was finally able to set up my account thanks to her. I do advise for anyone having issues online go to the store and talk to someone that can get a better understanding of the situation.

Kenndy has been amazing. I came in because my phone was broken and she was so polite and warm welcoming. Although it wasn’t much the phone representative could do, she took over and got me a new phone ordered.

This is the worst customer service of any Verizon store I’ve been to. The guy today with the dreads literally avoided eye contact with me and did not say anything to me . Nobody else speaks to you when you walk in. You’ll be standing looking stupid for 20 minutes. I would not come back here . Very unacceptable, unprofessional, and ghetto!! You do not have to service me right away, I understand that, but at least acknowledge that I’m there . You guys have no idea how to run a company where it matters most and that’s the customer experience.

Sat with Fantashia. She clearly didn't want to be there or maybe had a long day. She gave me bare minimum service and I give her half a star just for showing up to work. I asked if they had certain colors IN THE STORE today (black titanium and/or natural titanium) for the iPhone 15 Pro and she said they had both. However, she instructed me to follow prompts on my app to have the phone shipped. I just followed through the prompts thinking that was what I had to do. I said "Okay, it's ordered." She just told me "Okay" while she had her head rested on her arm & giving all the bad posture...I waited for a minute thinking I was going to be given further instructions until I asked if that was everything and she said yeah. Usually people at least tell you when that was the end of the transaction so you're not sitting there wasting time. I walked out in a hurry, and ended up canceling the order. I literally could have done this at home but more-so wanted to take home my upgrade today , so all that's left is the CS experience.
