Verizon was average. And I expected much better. It took too long for my presence to be acknowledged. And then instead of "How can I help you sir"...I get "Whats Up Man?"

It's not a well-managed store. If I were managing the store, I would make sure the employees are properly trained in customer service techniques. Some of them are, some are not. Some are polite but unhelpful, some are impolite and helpful, and some are impolite and unhelpful. Save the canned response from the owner; don't need it. Just train and manage your employees to have a higher level of service than a drive-thru window.

THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE. YOU WALK IN NOBODY GREETS YOU, THEY IGNORE YOU UNTIL YOU START COMPLAINING FOR HELP. HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR 5PM AFTER 25 MINUTES SOMEONE HAD TO BE FORCED TO HELP US. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS LOCATION. STAY CLEAR

Walked in today to set up a new phone. I brought the new phone with me. The associate informed me they could not help me access my Verizon account nor could they help me set up new service. The employee was nonchalant & carefree while providing no assistance. He told me if I called by phone they wouldn’t be able to help me either. Then when I asked how I was supposed to cancel my current service without access to my Verizon, he told me he couldn’t help with that either.
Fast forward an hour later, my phone is set up via phone call with Verizon. Save yourself the annoyance, do not shop here. They do not care to do their jobs, nor help people.

Worst store you can come to! The worker Tre is absolutely horrible instead of helping me he gave a listed of excuses couldn’t even setup my device thankful for the phone representative Amari for getting eSIM setup quickly

If you come to this Verizon store ask for Don! I broke my screen on my phone and he was able to assist me to get my data off. He was patient through the process and even helped me find a better phone. Ill definitely recommend reaching out to Don for all your needs at this store

Great shopping experience at this store. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I updated my plan to unlimited and received $1,000 off a new phone as offered. Satisfied with my service from Verizon.

0/10. I purchased, and almost immediately returned an iPad to this location June 2023, which was never reflected on my account. I was still being charged for the iPad, and the Verizon Wireless company has no account of me ever returning this iPad. It has been a complete nightmare trying to get these charges off my account, and credited for the money I was being charged because of this. I'm just wondering what actually happened to the iPad, being that it wasn't disconnected until last month when I finally realized it was still on my account, and called customer service.

Amber Moore was the greatest. She helped with painful transition that none of the Verizon tech over the phone could do. She stayed after store hours and helped me finalize the process. I appreciate her help. Verizon needs to promote employee like Amber.. thanks Amber!

I had a great experience at this store thanks to Donald! He spent 2+ hours helping my boyfriend and I set up our plan and get iPhones that we wanted at the best cost. We left feeling thankful for all the support. Highly recommend!

Horrible service! I went in to buy a gift card. Was told they don't sell them there. I went online and the Verizon website says they do sell them. I went back in and they said " oh we do sell them we just don't have any". I was going to spend $400!!! No offer to help me any other way. This was for my mom who has Verizon. I have AT&T thank goodness.
