not one to leave reviews but 2 people that came in after me were greeted before me. i waited an hour for someone to tell me that I couldn’t trade in and would have to come back. when i tried to explain that I should already be an account manager I was responded to with “cool”. Considered it rude and poor customer service. The other guy was friendly enough to not speak to me like an idiot.

Robert was so helpful! He addressed all of my concerns quickly and professionally. This was by far my best experience in any Verizon store.

MJ and Simone were awesome! They really helped explain to me how upgrades work and helped me get the best deal - I really appreciate their hard work and honesty - give these two a raise!!!!

Was not addressed/greeted when I entered (even when you're with a customer, inform the customer you will be with them in a moment). I waited a while, after never being addressed nor helped, I left and went to the location in Midtown.

The staff was very helpful at this location. I was having an issue with my sim in my phone. And was unsuccessful in resolving the issue on my own. Attempted to fix it via a customer service call which I May say was a very frustrating exercise in futility.. After a 45+ min wait I decided to drive from my job to the closest Verizon store. I was greeted promptly and asked what issue brought me into the store. After a brief explanation the associate quickly got to work fixing my issue.... so in about 10mins my problem was resolved and I was on my way.

I walked into this Verizon store today to return an internet modem and was completely ignored. No one greeted me—everyone was in the back, laughing and standing around. After finally getting someone’s attention, I spoke to Josh, who immediately told me I had to pay to ship an unopened box instead of them just accepting the return. This location is by far the worst in Atlanta. Josh needs to improve his customer service skills, and Verizon as a company should focus on hiring better employees.

Today was awesome at the Verizon Moreland store! I upgraded my Galaxy phone, bought my 1st
iPhone (only to FaceTime with family, folks!), got a new notebook & bought 2 new Otterbox cases. The rep was fabulous! He moved everything over for me, gave me a complimentary phone & refunded my hook up fee! It was phenomenal service today! I'm in love!

I spent several hours here moving my service from att to verzon. The employeed named Abel was knowledgable, willing to research my questions and helpful and patient as we worked together to get the port out number, unfreeze my credit for 20 minutes and do all of the bureacratic stuff that the backward telecommunications industry requires. He is smart and helpful...during this time some impatient and rude customers came ..hey its not the fault of the employees that the industry is so tedious and backwards..it takes hours to get a billing problem resolved but that is true if you are stuck on the phone or go in person. No easyways to deal with these hated companies, none of which are very good..
