Vesta is an amazing space to come and workout at and their trainers make every class energized and welcoming! Everyone is friendly and helpful which truly makes you look forward to each and you leave feeling confident and ready to take on (or end) the day on a great note. Very grateful to have found this amazing studio.

This is a very welcoming gym to every one and has such a positive vibe. The trainers and the front desk staff make this place so special. Extremely nice ppl. Each kickboxing class is unique, the trainers are super helpful and fun! Thank you Vesta and team! :)
