I decided to visit this store - at the entrance I immediately asked the employee if the fitting rooms were open - she answered yes, of course they are, I spent about an hour walking around everything with my wife and choosing what interests me. The wife went to the fitting room - but they were closed, asked the staff for help - they replied that the fitting rooms were not working? this is not the first time. I recommend not wasting your time and choosing another brand. If anyone has recommendations for brands, write, I’ll be happy to consider them!

I just recently worked for this location and let’s just say the green monster works there heavy lol ! If you are gorgeous and strong minded then you are a threat to the weak minded ! Like calm down it’s just folding panties lol. No need to talk so rudely , act so ugly ( Jameisha aka MIMI management ) and be petty . Jana is a gem and should be the actual store manager ! Uggh I knew better than to work where I wear :)

Stopped in this morning about 11am after leaving the Apple Store. I came in for a perfume sale I’d seen online but unfortunately the sale had changed. While in the store, I was followed around by this Asian guy, I knew what he was doing because he would go on the other side of me and watch me. Another customer was trying to get his attention and he barely acknowledged her to not take his eyes off of me! This made me very uncomfortable being that I hadn’t experienced this before to my knowledge. I will be returning my purchases.

Worst VICTORIA SECRET LOCATION EVER!..cashiers are Rude,Bad Attitudes, NOT PLEASANT or Helpful at all ..long lines ..been to this location a few times and always have had bad experiences...at .other nearby locations the employees are always helpful and have great personalities...Customer Service is lacking here

Horrible shopping experience at this location!.. I dont think a few of the employees / managment were trained properly on customer satisfaction and they lack understanding and care..its a shame cause the store actually looks nice from the makeover but customer satisfaction and keeping the customers/ consumer is not a priority at this location I had to calll customer service and corporate to have my issue resolved

One of the larger locations in the area, it is pretty organized with a large selection of merchandise. It is well stocked, they have good sales around the holiday seasons.

Busy Saturday in November and location is closed for renovations?? No message when calling and no update to Google maps. Sat through terrible traffic just to find out; talk about horrible management. This location is a joke.

Deplorable!!!It was too hard to put a recording on the phone to inform customers that this location is closed temporarily however you add a message about the new year holiday hours. Skipping over thanksgiving and Christmas holiday hours. ONLY in Atlanta wasting people life and time.

Never written a bad review on google but I had to this time. Terrible customer service for the first time ever at Victoria’s Secret at Lenox. The Latina lady working there was extremely rude, she is a mini ball of attitude. I went there with a body mist that I purchased but the pump isn’t working so I asked what can she do. She straight up, went on defense mode and said you could have dropped it and we can’t do anything without a receipt. I understand no store can do anything without a receipt. So I asked if she can pull my info coz I used my email and phone number since I have an account. Her attitude towards that was I don’t know and she can’t and won’t help with anything. So I asked if I can contact customer service and to that she said do what you want. They will say the same thing. So I called the customer service and explained and the nice lady on call understood it and gave exact amount of that spray as a gift card to my email and told me to just toss that product. So I just dropped it off at the store. These people are paid to work there and answer questions. So what’s the big attitude about. Then I asked for her name and apparently they can’t give our names.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this store today. I needed to make an exchange (not a return) and didn't have the receipt for the products and the sales execs at the store treated me with such indifference and unwillingness to help that it really made me not want to go back, ever. People ask why retail is dead and the lack of human touch and training on customer service is a very big part of it.

I walked in as legal representative of Ukrainian person that doesn’t speak the language , they didn’t allow me to be with her at all times and translate , girl panicked , we were asked to leave the store , never going back in there , awful personnel

I had a very positive experience at this location. My shopping took me longer than expected and the store actually closed before I left. All the staff were very considerate. The only reason it is not a five star rating is because they're choices were limited. This, I believe is due to they're upcoming move. Otherwise, love my experience!

I called to put an item on hold at this store, and the next day when I tried to purchase it, they said the item had sold the previous night (when it was supposed to be put on hold). The employees were kind on the phone, but I’m frustrated that the item I placed on hold sold to someone else.
