I was acknowledged upon entering, my details were confirmed and sent on my way to select frames. After about 15-20 mins, I was called to the back to do the examination which went smoothly. I then returned to the reception area, did the fittings, paid for the glasses and was on my way. Everyone I encountered, while not overly friendly, were professional. I really had no complaints.

They are thieves, I do not recommend them, they charge you when you go and then when you go to get your glasses they want to charge you more money, the treatment is bad, they are rude, they treat you badly, rude, don't go.

Service went well other than the miscommunication that asked me what color did i want then didn't add it so I had to still pay which i thought was included with the price i originally paid

Visited this location about a year ago.
I’m more of a Lens Crafters type of person, but with my new insurances, I decided to give them a try. The doctor was pretty nice. The staff was simply “ok”. I decided to get contacts with one of my insurances and glasses with the other.
I got a call saying that both were in, but when I arrive , they only had the frames, so I had to come back.
Fast forward, I got the contacts which were a more expensive brand than I usually get. I let them know that I count not see with the contacts. They told me to come in and do an eye exam with them, and said that I just have to get use to them. I came back twice and they did not want to change the contacts. So I have been stuck with these contacts that I can’t see out of- what a waste of over $100 and time.

Don’t believe the good reviews, this place is terrible. They are not available on Saturdays for pick up and will not release your contacts or glasses unless a doctor is present in the office, which there usually never is. On top of that, they make it seem like it’s your fault for not scheduling an appointment first and not getting the message that they are not open or available at any convenient times (even after you’ve already paid in full). If you value your time and money, do not go here.

This location is pretty distasteful. If you have hours to waste, when you show up for your appt 20 minutes early, then this is the place to get serviced.
It’s Monday afternoon, practically empty, and not an enjoyable experience. The front desk are matter of facts. Their “how can I help you” interprets as “what do you want and why are you here?” I’ve never been in an office, a vision works, specifically where they move this slow.
Once my initial exam was done, I sat waiting for the doctor for another half an hour. The doctor isn’t very welcoming at all. Honestly, I sat here long enough to realize how all the prices of their frames were scams. I was going to get 2 pair and then learned I could get them online for less than 50% cheaper.
Again, this is because of all the ideal time they had me sitting here wasting. I won’t come again.

The exam was nice and efficient, but there needs to be more transparency about pricing and billing. They didn't inform me that certain services would cost extra. For example, instead of letting me know that looking at the back of my eyes would be an additional expense, they simply asked if it was okay to proceed with no context. When I brought my children in, there was no explanation of the charges and I was only told the price after the exam, making me responsible for the cost. They also seemed puzzled about billing when I mentioned having two insurance plans. Overall, I was not pleased with the surprise costs, especially when they initially said I could get three pairs of glasses for free due to having two insurances, but then ended up saying that they would be charging me $250 for the "free" pairs.

Prior to my appointment I made sure to submit my insurance information online. I received several emails about this so made sure to do it in order to save time. On the day of my appointment, I arrived several minutes early to find the the location was not opened yet. My appointment was at 10:30am (I arrived at around 10:15). At around 10:34am and young lady came and opened the door. She did not say good morning or acknowledge me. Her demeanor and attitude was not overtly rude but it was cold and lacking in bed side manner. Rather than a warm greeting she began to pepper me with questions about my appointment and insurance information. Again, she was not overtly rude but very matter of fact and cold. I did not feel welcomed or wanted. I felt like a nuisance. I answered what I could from memory but told her I had already submitted the information. She seemed mildly annoyed by this. She spent sometime on her computer then made a call to her manager. After a few minutes she flatly told me that I would not be able to be seen unless I could produce my insurance card. Prior to this she had not asked me for this card and I do not recall any thing in the pre appointment registration that said this was required. I should have brought that card, but did not because I submitted all that information online. I eventually located my card in my email and showed her the card. She then asked me several questions (all of which I had previously answered). She wrote my answers on a post it note.
At around 11:12, she told me my insurance had been verified and that she would call me back shortly.
My experience with the doctor was much better.
Once my eye exam was complete another lady helped me pick my glasses. She was just as cold and off putting as the first young lady. She and the other girl talked about me while I was standing there as if I was not there.
I will try and avoid this location from now on. I hate feeling like a burden and unwanted.

I come here every year for glass/contacts and the staff is always polite and professional. Ulish is amazing at his job. Working with him to find the perfect glasses is always a pleasure. Dr. Witlash is another reason why I come back year after year. He is so gentle and knowledgeable. Thank you all for being the best part of my eye care maintenance.

The Lady at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. Yelling at customers outside of the store. Unprofessional behavior and being rude!

This is the worst location to get anything done at. I have been waiting on contact since December. No one follows us to give an update. Even after management refunded me for the exam and re ordered I still have not got them. I have not heard from anyone at the store. I have called 30 mins straight no answer. At this point I just want my contacts and to never have to return ! They gave me a 30 day trial to corner me until the contacts came on 2/5. I had to wear my glass with an old prescription making my eyes worse! No one will even answer to get me another trial pair since it’s been over 30 days!
Hopefully this will get someone to follow up with me !!
