I must have gone on an off day. Our server was clearly intoxicated or under the influence. He dropped our utensils on the table and I thought to myself,he can't think we are going to use these after that. The biggest problem was my fork had egg or cheese residue in it and we didn't order food yet. I was completely turned off and high tailed it out of there. He seemed to want us to stay but after that I was done. I know people go through things so I hope it was just an off day for this young man and he made a bad decision working under the influence. But I probably wouldn't ever go back after seeing that dirty fork. I was told they usually use plastic forks but we were given metal that day??♀️

I DO NOT EAT AT A WAFFLE HOUSE BUT this place is super clean the staff is always so friendly and even tho we all know the quality of food in this kinda of chain restaurants is unnatural cheap and unhealthy. Idk what they but they do it good! I have to wait for my vehicle to get fixed so I had no option but to eat here to stay warm and get something on my stomach and honestly they changed my view on Waffle House I’m usually a vegan clean organic kinda of girl so trust me I am being very honest.

typical Waffle House...you guys need to give more attention to cleaning up the place after customers are finished eating..2 of the servers there are rude and for some reason don't like to me as a customer...I just try not to sit at there stations...but, I still love the greasy food...it's delicious...you guys really need someone who is responsible for cleaning only, and pay them accordingly, you would have more customers which means higher revenue for the entire staff...the place really looks filthy 85% of the time...

Great meal, however, I didn’t appreciate watching the cook eat while standing up behind the counter (on the customer side). She probably didn’t have time to sit down which made me sad for her.

Walked in last night and said hello twice and no one greeted us. The night shift has terrible customer service. We left without placing an order. Your employees don’t have basic manners.

This is quickly becoming our fav waffle house. Everyone is so nice. Even when it's super busy they have maintained excellence!!!

Why does it feel like I’m begging for someone to assist me and come to make you money . What happened with the attitude, I went there this lady was looking at like she wants to fight me I had to leave. For reputable place like this i feel like the customer service should be better.
