I am extremely frustrated with the pharmacy service at this Walgreens. Every time I come, whether inside or at the drive-thru, I wait 20–30 minutes for a simple prescription. This is unacceptable for a basic pharmacy service. If improvements aren’t made soon, I will be switching to a different pharmacy.

Twice i dropped off a prescription to be filled for my dog. The first time, I came in they said it would be ready at 6:15 so I came back at 7:15 where I was told they would have to order it; they never called before hand. It was urgent so I asked if I could have the written script back to take to another store. In that process the pharmacist lectured ME about how it was in the system wrong and it didn't say it was for a pet. Eventually, I got it back. I dropped off another script they would have to order knowing that they would have to order it and was told it would be ready on Monday. I called Monday evening and was told they didn't order it because they needed more information about me; which I previously gave them when dropping off again; they never called. Now i'm doing the same thing I had to do the first time. Same dog, same med, same service. Second time is on me, I guess.

Zero stars if I could.
Sadly, every single month since July there has been an issue with my prescriptions. A customer should not have to call repeatedly—waiting on hold for 30 minutes or more—just to find out what’s happening with their medication. The notifications are automated and clearly not monitored, leaving customers in the dark about their own health needs. It’s unacceptable. This lack of care for customers and their wellbeing is very sad, unsafe, and truly disheartening. 😢

I paid for same day delivery for my prescriptions and they messed it all up.Tried to get a manager to help and I never heard back. And no refund either. They received 2 stars because I dealt with them for years for convenience and late hours. 😢

I was told to come to this location because of the late hours by my dentist. I drove 30 minutes in traffic only to get here and be turned around because they were closing in THIRTY MINUTES. I sat in the drive through for ten minutes before going inside. Had i known the drive through option wasn’t moving sufficiently i would have walked in immediately. I currently had oral surgery and am in pain. Only needed at least two of the prescriptions filled for the night and was told no .

Ive been living in this area for four years and this is the only pharmacy I’ve filled prescriptions. Every time I go, they ask me for an updated address. Today I get there and I’m not in the system at all. I was told to come back in an hour to pick up only to get back and they tell me they’re not contracted with my insurance and I’d have to pay full price. Why couldn’t they tell me up front or call me once they found out? I’m sick as all hell using the only energy I got to try to get my medicine and get well and all I got was a bland sorry for your inconvenience. Will never go back to this trash.

Communication is horrible. I submitted a same day photo order for 2 items at 7AM, I was not notified until 1PM when it was time to pickup that there was not enough material to complete my full order so only partial of my order was completed. Had I known earlier I could have went to another location. I spoke with the manager Antoinette and she didn’t offer any type of accommodation or apology.

The location is good and also the store was well stocked and very clean. The shelves had the correct pricing on them and the associates were very nice.

I purchased mentos gum on Monday because they were buy 1 get one free. When my order was picked up there were only 5 in the bag. When I purchased it said 6 were available. Now granted if I would have known that 6 weren't available i would have only purchased 4. I believe the store needs to do better when purchasing on line. Or either someone took my free gum then changed the receipt

I just want to shout out employee Nicole. She was at the photo counter receiving and helping two other customers in front of me while helping me. I came around the 7:00 hour. She was very outgoing, said she likes to help people, and she is a people person. I received my order and I will return to this Walgreens because of her.
