My medication was sent from Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy in Atlanta through Overnight Night Delivery! I am well pleased with the service of the Pharmacist who assisted with my order.They were courteous, caring and extremely friendly throughout the process. My only regret is that I didn't ask for their names. God bless you.

Had to keep calling. I was trying to find out about my prescription. I told her I could barely hear her. And when I asked about my prescription. She hung up on me. I called back and she hung up again after putting me on hold.

Bobby does not check DOB for the patient and is extremely rude. He sent a pre authorization for the wrong patient and incorrect medication. We are from out of state trying to refill a prescription. Someone needs to retrain him.

I shopped at the Walgreens store #16088 at 25 Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta and upon checking out I received coupons that were printed out and given to me that were not honored. I was there on a Monday two weeks ago and returned on Wednesday of the same week, trying to redeem a coupon that stated I would receive 20% off my next purchase of $10.00 or more. My items came up to over $12.00 and the manager wouldn't honor the coupon, but offered me 15% off. I stated to the manager that the coupon was for 20% off and if you can offer me 15% why not give the 20%. I did not feel like a valued customer and felt disrespected in line in front of others. I am a former customer who will not return to a Walgreens again. If could given a zero star I would have.

This pharmacy is fantastic! They call to remind me of my refills and just to make sure that I was getting the best price, I checked GoodRx and SIngleCare and Community Walgreens was less expensive!! They are always polite and so very helpful. The only pharmacy for me
