At some point, owners and managers must take responsibility for their hiring choices. The female staff members at this location are extremely rude. If you’re skeptical, just read some of the other reviews.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. I have been denied regular access to a LIFE-SAVING antipsychotic medication for WEEKS from this pharmacy. I can’t live my life normally without this medication and have had to transfer pharmacies because of this mess. The prescription was ready on the website, yet every time I pulled up they would give some sort of excuse or just say point blank that they don’t have it. This pharmacy could have deaths on their hands with the amount of negligence I have seen with getting prescriptions filled on time, if AT ALL. Never use this pharmacy if you have chronic or mental health issues.

I work in a psychiatry clinic. One of the pharmacy techs on staff at this location claimed to be a pharmacist, was incredibly rude to our office staff and our mutual patient, and refused to fill medication despite Doctor sending in orders. Every time I was able to actually speak with the pharmacist on staff she had no problem filling the medication. But then every time I spoke with the male tech whose name starts with an M (I think) he refused to provide the patient their medication. This has been an ongoing issue for three days straight. I frankly don’t know who he thinks he is to override both the doctor and his supervising Pharmacist. I’d strongly recommend choosing a different Walgreens to get your medication as long as he is on staff.

I came in to make a deposit to my capitalOne checking 10:45pm-11pm at the ATM… the ATM was down so I opted for the barcode deposit… I waited in for 5min and was told by the cashier that they stop accepting deposits at this location at 9pm because of fraudulent activity… I told him that I had all Necessary credentials to ensure the transaction was legit. He told me the manager could only accept the transaction… the manager came and told me that her system will not allow the transaction and that it is a Atlanta city wide regulation that no CVS or Walgreens will accept cash deposits from capital one or any bank that offers the service… I left the store disappointed but did not believe the manager at all… I called the 24hrCVS on west ponce and they told that would be happy to hand transaction for me with out any problem… please stop making up your own rules and assuming the worst about the customers.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible pharmacy!!!
It is Dec 31st(New Years Eve) and I plan to move all of my prescription out of this He'll Hole on Jan 2nd.

Drive-thru is never open and they frequently close the pharmacy without warning during normal business hours. If you want reliable access to your medication, don’t go here.

If I could leave 1 star I would.
Store manager FRANK is extremely unprofessional & inconsiderate.
I have never had a more difficult time doing a Walgreens exchange in my life.
My husband bought me cream clothes and I just wanted to exchange for a darker color.

I will never go back to this pharmacy. Just rude, incompetent, and lazy staff including the pharmacist.
You've been warned by all these reviews about this location pharmacy. This isn't a one off innocent. Stay far, far, away. Or just go to a CVS

The worst! I was left on Hold, heard all of the other conversations in the store, I was on Hold for about 8 mins, she came back and just hung up.

The workers who work here have been very nice to me and my wife. I haven't had any problems with anyone here. And I would like to say Thanks to all the employees, and we appreciate you all.
