I'm a instacart shopper and the Customer service is terrible. Male staff especially the young dude with dreds seems to be having a bad day every time I shop. He never greet customers and attitude is never pleasant.

A cashier by the name of Cameron told me I cannot deposit money into my debit card because the machine is down. With a different cashier I just uploaded yesterday. If you don't feel like doing your job I suggest not showing up to work. I bet if I see a different cashier tomorrow I will be able to upload money. Thanks Walgreens for the fabulous selection of employees here.

Never can add money at the location even for western union it don’t matter what time of the day they always say they can’t, and then they never got someone working the register, it never fail. Everytime i go in it don’t matter what time.

Store worker name Keith was completing an online order when I simply asked him to open the restroom doors considering he was standing directly next to the bathroom he told me give him a minute, then completely refused to open. The doors made as if he called another worker to open them I’m pregnant with twins I’m four months he has very disgusting customer service how could you guys higher someone like this?

The cashiers & security officers are ok. The little girls that work in the pharmacy SUCK! Their customer service is GARBAGE and their time management needs to be improved! Instead of being so worried about what time your break starts or what you can’t wait to do when you’re off work. They should be more concerned in making sure they use the phones for more than their personal phone conversations. Leaving actual customers on hold for OVER 20 mins. Work speeds compare to a disabled turtle and it’s unsatisfactory at best!

Tried to call the pharmacy kept getting put on hold. Tried to call the front desk and kept getting hung up on. Hope they get fired people like these incompetent jerks deserve the worst

The Pharmacy never picks up the phone…. They’ll have you on hold, play the music, pickup, and then put you back on hold. I was on the same loop more then 5x until I finally gave up.

Wow, I didn't know you had to have a receipt for a box of Band-Aids to exchange them and I mean Band-Aids that you bought the day before and the same person that assisted you was still there I guess my two or three dollars don't matter to them because ithey really will not be receiving any more of my money
