It’s sad to say…. But this is why I HATE HAVING TO GO TO BIG STORES IN OR
NEAR THE HOOD. It’s absolutely No reason why I should be on hold for almost an 1 in a half trying to refill a prescription. Something that took less than 2 minutes literally took a hour and a half. Then to continually pick up the phone and place me back on hold!!!!!! Is even more insane!!!! TALKING ABOUT LIVID. Then I ask to speak to a manager to voice my concern… she stated on the phone that two people were only working. When in reality more than two people/ voices answer the phone and proceeded to place me back on hold. No concern or empathy what so ever when I came to the manager. PLEASE DO BETTER OR JUST CLOSE THE STORE DOWN

Told me it take an hour and half to fill prescriptions bc it was she t to different store.
Walgreen's literally advertises u can go to any Walgreen's to get your prescriptions and I've done this plenty of times b4 and it takes 20 minutes top.
I see why rated low. This Walgreen's is teipping

This location has the WORSE pharmacy EVER. I call and was on hold for 30 minutes the recorder kept saying there's one in front of you. They tell you your prescription is ready then you get there it's not. Depending on the staff some or very rude.

Honestly one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve called to confirm my prescriptions with this location multiple times only to show up and them not have it, or for them to give me “That wasn’t me that spoke to you earlier”. They don’t care to resolve any problems, it just gets done when it gets done. How the employees are working off of such different information I’ll never understand but I am 100% switching my pharmacy after this month. I’d rather drive an extra ten minutes than deal with this location and MAYBE get my script on time.
Literally a decade worth of bad reviews for this location. Just close the pharmacy.

8/23/24 Friday 3:13 pm My mother was notified that her prescription was ready only to get there and receive the wrong prescription. She returned and was told she had to go inside which is very difficult for an 82 yo woman. The pharmacy technician was also very rude to her.

Where do I start? There is never enough coverage in this store. I was there yesterday and they had one cashier and a line all the way back to the photo section. Where is management hiding?? This morning, I arrive at 7am (they open at this time) and the gates are halfway down. I knock a few times and someone finally comes to the door. she advised that she could not open because they did not have a cashier and she was in the process of finding coverage for the day. The time now is 7:14am and the cashier has still not arrived. Walgreens get it together!!! The service here is consistently on the poor side and needs to be addressed asap. Four more customers just pulled up and it’s now 7:20am. SMH!!!

For the most part, I don't have any problems with this place. However today, was phone games. I guess since the long weekend, everyone forgot phone etiquette. I was on hold FOREVER while I had to listen to the most pleasant hold music and people picking up and hanging up the phone. After 12 minutes on hold, a nice young lady was able to fulfill my prescription refill request. Here's the thing, I don't mind holding, but if you pick up the phone, use some etiquette and say "sorry for the wait, please continue to hold" or something. Picking up the phone and not saying anything just to put people back on hold is wild and unprofessional. Jeez

Google says the store opens at 6am I am here at 5:50am but the store manager didn't arrive until 6: 06am. Then went in to the store and locked the door. It is currently 20 mins after and the store still isn't open. This is a inconvenience for me the store workers should come to work on time. Now I'm going to be late because they aren't open on time and this the only walgreens in the area. There are several people out here waiting.

The lady at the counter said that I couldn’t make a payment with barcode after 9:00 which is clearly a lie right to the face I’ve definitely done made this transaction here multiple times after nine oclok

Lies about getting prescriptions from my dr. Gave me needles for Ozempic knowing they were not going to give me the medication itself. Go elsewhere for your diabetes meds.
