Horrible service. Requiring drivers license for a return only after one week even though I have the original receipt and original credit card. Even when I purchased I asked their return policy, they said I need only my receipt. What kind of service is this? I walk with a cane and had to go back to my car to get my license.

I paid cash at the front register at 8:30 p.m. on 7/22/2024. The guy coughed into his hand, put my $20 into the register and gave me my change back. I was so taken aback that I was at a loss for words. Treat others the way you would want to be treated! Even if just for the time you’re on shift working with customers.

Been filling at Walgreens for years.. am in the system for the exact same medication every month for the last 4 years.. My provider electronically sent in my scripts… The “Pharmacy Manager” Sherielle and the “Pharmacy OPs Manager” Jermica, who both like to pick and choose who receives their MEDICATION THAT IS NEEDED….. Received my electronic prescriptions yesterday morning before noon… I called to check when I could pick it up around 3/30pm… a gentleman advised that I could pick up at the promised time of 5:30pm. I received a text from Walgreens saying they’re delayed due to my insurance not covering them, as they never do… I tried to call the pharmacy and for 26 minutes straight someone kept picking up the phone and putting it back on hold every time it rang for being on hold the allotted time… I just hung up and went to the pharmacy. Got to the window, gave my info for pick up, and Jermica says it won’t be ready until tomorrow the pharmacy manager has to complete the verification…… Why pray tell does it need to be verified again if sent from the provider office, you ask? As well as me being in Walgreens system for the same medication monthly for over 4yrs… she said it still has to be verified and could take a couple days. I stated that the gentleman told me I could pick up at 5/30… why would he say that? She became rude and dismissive as well as Sherielle… who threatened to call 911 on me because I asked for their names for the Georgia Board of Pharmacy complaint. I’m sick of us as customers/patients being mistreated when we are the ONLY people who keep your business open! She could’ve called and verified my scripts well before their closing time but she purposely didn’t so it could take more time and I let her know I had no more medication. They both out their morals and ethics in the back seat and allowed their personal al feeling to drive… which is totally sad because I will not give my business to this company not another time! Anyone not being treated with the respect they deserve, can’t get anyone to answer the phone, they lied to you, they make up policy’s, and are rude.. Atop giving these type of companies that don’t care about us your money! That’s the only way it will change!

Please, someone needs to answer the phone. Keeping me on hold for more than 20 minutes, even though I am a provider calling for a patient's prescription, is unacceptable. I had to hang up and call back again, and of course, there was another +20-minute wait. This is ridiculous. My patient was there for the prescription, which was electronically sent and shows on my end as successfully submitted, but the pharmacy said they did not have it. Since my patient, who was already there, was trying to have someone on the line for me, they said I need to call them. If that's the case, then you have to answer!

The worst pharmacy. One pharmacist is working and two others are laughing and talking in back with many people in line.
Put order in at 4:00 one day and he ask me to come back the next day because he did not have time to fill all the orders. Came back at 4:30 the next day and they had no order. Said they would put it in and to come back in an hour. Don’t go to window because you could be there an hour.

Trying to refill my meds and can’t because the automated system is so bad and it won’t transfer me to the pharmacy because it’s closed for lunch. I am extremely frustrated and will be taking my business elsewhere.

If you have ever been this this Walgreen location, then you know! I didn't know this bad of customer service was possible. The drive through is never open and if it is, then you might be there awhile until you finally decide to go inside. Once inside pharmacy, there will be no greeting. In fact, you will feel as though you are interrupting their never ending conversation and are an inconvenience that you are even there. I dont get it!

Pharmacy review - Save yourself some frustration and pick another pharmacy. The slowest and most disorganized pharmacy I have ever seen. Poor service and rude, unhelpful staff. Ordered my prescription at 5 pm and was told to come back at 7 to pick it up. Went back at 7 and was told they did not have it in stock. Medication was still not ready at the promised time on the third visit the next day. Every interaction with them was a minimum of 15 minutes wait time, even with only 1-2 people in line. SMH.

If I could give more stars I would, the staff here always go the extra mile. Wheather it’s helping you locate an item in the store, or helping carrying your bags to the car. They just never cease to put a smile on my face and I always look forward to shopping there.

The people that work at this Walgreens are AMAZING! Especially Aedrian! He is always a smiling happy face and beyond helpful!
