This was a hot ghetto mess! I placed on online order for a 3pm pick up. I arrived late so there wouldn't be any issues. The customer service desk had a line and the online pick up door was closed. The young lady at the customer service desk called over the PA system for someone to assist me...no one came. 10 minutes and 2 more customers waiting for online pick up and an additional page....still no one.Meanwhile there is a "manager/lead" with this bright red and blond braids working. I asked her if she could assist and I'll be damned if she told me she doesn't know how to help us, she doesn't have access she just works there and walked off.Another page...1 more customer and still no help. I was then told every ody that worked online was gone at 3pm. We'll WHY schedule pick ups for a time you aren't staffed???I noticed 3 higher ups in a section behind me, a little further in the store and 1 of them was the actual store manager. It's a shame you have to get management involved for what should be a simple online pick up.It's always the stores in the urban areas with poor service and long waits, had I been in Fayetteville I would have been in and out.

First word...RATCHET. It's not even the store. It's the staff. They are so damn rude. It's like they have sticks up their butts. They do not have any manners and do not know how to respectfully talk to people or know how to engage with people. Why even bring the negative attitude to work? Save that for your personal home life.

It's not the store - it is the staff and the mismanagement. These stores are in undeserved areas - and hires from within the communities served. The products offered are low grade. The service and concern for the community -by its own community members who happen to work at Walmart for very low puking wages - is one of disregard. Walmart's delivery service uses - on the most part- the least employable. There is a lack of professionalism and lack of the business of service and understanding of consumer driven service. It's not as much the food and products as it is the low quality of the customer service

The Subway shop in this Walmart Supercenter has the best Subway sandwiches ever. They fixed mine perfectly and it tasted great.

The service is non existent I waited a full hour after arriving to pickup at least 10 minutes early for some WATER. One case of water. To make matters more annoying, they don't answer the phone period which is honestly just setting up their staff to be berated by angry customers in person. not safe. I sat there for an hour wasting AC and Gas for ONE item. not only did they not acknowledge our arrival, they sat there and said they had already given me my water until my partner got out the car to ask about our order which ruins the whole idea of grocery pick up ?? I sincerely hope this walmart gets shut down for good.

I'm so sick and tired of unprofessional people that don't want to work. If you don't want to work don't come. If you feel like being rude and having a attitude cause YOU have to work here. DO NOT COME! Just so annoying do your job.

Customer service is severely lacking at thus location. Waited in the electronics for assistance with a purchase of a television. Waited for about 5 minutes and decided to walk up front WITH the TV in our cart. As we are walking down the main isle a young lady is walking towards up heading to the electronics area. My husband ask "do you work in the electronics area?" She did not make eye contact and said "umhm" and kept walking. It was almost as if we were disturbing her sleep. So we turned around and proceeded to follow her without her asking back to her assigned area which she was not at when we were there initially. She then rings up our purchase, but somehow cancels the transaction as she starts to have a conversation with another employee both complaining about customers at the front of the store asking them questions. I mean how dare they get asked questions by customers? So then she presses a button for my transaction to go back through after the first one. I said thank you for your help, all she said was "umhm yeah thank you" WTF?. Then as we're driving down the road my credit card showed that I had 2 of the same purchases when I only had one. So I had to call my CC to make sure that one on the purchases do not clear. Overall this locations customer service is absolutely awful!

One of the WORST Walmarts in the Greater Atlanta area. No managers are ever available and even if you manage to find one they never know anything or can help. Trying to get a pick up order dispensed is like trying to catch a glimpse of the loc ness monster and deals for days was a joke.

has to be the most inept, non working everything & everyone walmart store in the city of atlanta. this store is located in a mainly elderly/handicapped residential area. yet, none of the 2 mobility carts they have work?!! all of the employees show up but they refuse to work!! or do anything remotely close to providing customer service. i go 15 miles west, so that i can ascertain a functioning store!! this location needs a major location change and an overall employee revamp. stop hiring ppl that ride the clock!!!

It took about an hour to pick up the online order. I was sent from the Online pickup location to the Curbside pickup location to find out that the order was actually at the Online pickup location. Both sites are on opposite corners of the store btw. Also, the email "confirmation&pickup ready" did not specify the proper location within the store for the pickup. In the end, the order, which was supposedly ready for a pickup, was not ready at all! Finally, while I was waiting, employees picked the order with the wrong item, and manager Iesha was annoyed when I pointed it out. No work ethic and no customer service skills. She did not even try to apologize for the whole situation. She is definitely the wrong person at the wrong workstation. Unfortunately, other customers were in the exact same position. The elderly gentleman was waiting for his TV for about 30 min at the Online pickup location, just to be sent to the Curbside pickup location. The only helpful employee was the one working on the floor, who helped me to find Iesha. Unbelievable...

I ordered a 65in TCL TV from Walmart online February 14th they delivered it on February 15th the TV had no cord to plug into the wall on the 16th I call Walmart they said they would pick the TV up on 17 and replace it Walmart Warehouse employees never put in for replacement or pick up for this 65in TCL TV I called them back several times no one ever pick the merchandise up Walmart had my $487.87 for 3 weeks they allowed their employees to disrespect me by having me on speaker phone laughing in the background disrespecting me by telling me we have your $487.87 you're stuck with the 65in TV it's your word against ours I had to call corporate on March 4th they made excuses for the people at the warehouse until they realize I reverse the charges with the bank then they decided they would pick upTv it's a catch-22 after disrespecting a customer that has been loyal to them since 1987 they wanted me to put the TV back in the box Print returnable label so FedEx can pick the merchandise up Walmart disrespected a loyal customer I emailed them letting them know I'm not going to put the TV back in the box I would not print a returnable label FedEx you can have your TV it's sitting at my front door waiting for FedEx I will not do anything to help walmart to return the merchandise Walmart had no loyalty for me I told walmart you can have your merchandise back just knock on the door

I will never shop at Walmart again. My truck was broken into (passenger side window smashed out) in the parking lot in broad daylight and Walmart said they did nothing to cause it. Wow!
