this store has a 1 star rating and there's a good reason for this. The main reason is the operator for the store and the Auto department never answer the phone and I mean never. I had nothing to do this morning and decided to try to call both departments just to see if they would ever answer20 minutes for each department and no answer the employees in these departments are the laziest human beings alive the worst person at a fast food restaurant is the best person at this Walmart. Wow wow wow no customer care at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 20 minutes for each department and no answer the employees in these departments are the laziest human beings alive the worst person at a fast food restaurant is the best person at this Walmart. This is the WORST location do not go and get anything done to your car here unless you have an entire day to sit in a Walmart. I've been here for over 4hrs to get two tires changed... They just told me 20more minutes. After they told and hour and half ago they were working on it. I'm going to be late to pick my kid up from school and they don't care they won't even let me pay so I can leave. This is the craziest experience I've ever had.

This is the absolute worst Walmart in my history of going to Walmart!!! EVERY TIME I come in here thinking they have made improvements by now, I am Proven totally wrong!! 43 people in line and they won't open more than 2 registers!!! HUH??? No self check out.... ( is that a black thing?) DONT GO HERE!!! You've been warned!

Oh Walmart. I always return because we know you've got the goods and usually at better prices than those at my favorite bullseye paradise. This location in particular is one I pop into on occasion, but not necessarily my top preference. The store itself is great and huge as hell, per Walmart trends. And this one is laid out so well and incredibly clean inside. They offer a grocery area, auto section but I feel like I haven't noticed a garden section. (Realizing that as I write this review!) There's also a Subway, nail salon and a Claire's inside. When did Walmart start getting Claire's pop-ups?!! My childhood omg. This location is always filled with customers in all sections of the store, including those pop-ups. As with all Walmart locations, they have 3,500 registers and 2 employees working lol. But the employees always seem to be quite nice and patient at this location so that's always so appreciated. Now, to my dilemma here. I'm a curbside pickup girly. I got spoiled with my bullseye friends and how amazing their pickup process is, but I need to be realistic in the future lol. The pickup process here really makes a girl want to get her lazy self out of the car and shop for myself lol. Major first world problems, I know. But I've waited up to 30min for an order before and it's become the norm there. Convenience options are great!... but only when they stay convenient lol. This is a toxic relationship because I'll be back in a few weeks anyways.

This walmart needs to be shut down. They say you can exchange this you buy that need to be changed out and then when go to exchange something all of a sudden the policy has changed. Today is 8/21/2023 I will from now on not be given these people anymore of my money ever again. The store on Gresham road needs to be closed down for good. The store is trash .

Today, on July 5th, I visited the Walmart on Gresham Road and was absolutely shocked by the unsanitary and unsightly conditions surrounding the shopping carts in the area. I wanted to share several photos with you all, taken today, to shed light on this pressing issue. Within a two-block radius of the store, I witnessed shopping carts, captured in the photos, strewn next to garbage bins, with thrash inside and on the ground. The scene was not only unclean but also a complete eyesore. It's important to emphasize the gravity of this situation. As concerned members of the community, we must address the potential health hazards these unsanitary conditions pose. The safety of drivers and individuals who use these carts for groceries, and especially those who trust them to carry their precious little ones, is paramount. The employees are ridiculously careless and unconcerned with helping people. So I go to the electronics department around 9:30pm. No one is there. Men passing with pallet jacks said they would let a manager know me and several others needed help. I wait 2 minutes then go find someone myself. So she walks with me and there was a note on the phone stating the employee was on break. So she flags down another employee who just walks by stating the department is closed. AT 9:30 and they don't close until 11. So me not taking no for an answer I want to customer service and ask if a manager has a key to unlock a case in electronics. Two employees just sit there with bored expressions, one acknowledges me and the other keeps her back turned. The one who acknowledged me stated the front manager doesn't have a key to the electronics department. I'm sooo done With this place. The carelessness. No apology, no direction and no fucks to give. They already are ALWAYS short handed with only two-four lanes open, no self checkout lanes and whatever they say they have online don't be where the app says it is.

I have a Wal-Mart+ delivery account for the past two years And have groceries delivered to my downtown address every two weeks and each delivery experience is a NIGHTMARE to say the least from items missing from my order to my order being delivered late . The drivers do not follow the delivery instructions which are very detailed to aid in the simplicity of the delivery. I can easily see why the company is having troubles with employee morale and retention and food quality and the delivery process if you are able to avoid Walmart please do so I am definitely searching for a better option... I actually made a trip to this particular supercenter this past weekend and it was in line with the poor delivery experiences employees were rude uncooperative. The store itself was unorganized and not very clean.

Came to their maintenance vehicle department to inquiry about having my car battery tested and possibly replaced. The guy at the counter advise me he can test my battery but the service dept. has stopped doing maintenance for the day (don't understand why). So tested my battery and found its needing replacement. I went back to my car with hopes that it least will crank and get me to another store to do replacement and behold it's completely dead now. I went back in and ask to see if they could provide a jump. He walked into the back towards the garage I guess to ask a tech. As I'm still sitting in my hot car waiting for someone to help no one comes out. I see multiple repair techs walking around behind the garage doors and even watching me and no helps. Luckily another patron offers a jump but I needed to purchase cables. Went back inside to purchase cables and the associate doesn't even look my way or says anything. Very poor customer service and this is the last time that Walmart gets any of my money for anything. KICK ROCKS!

Former Worker at this store. Where do I start how about the management they are completely unqualified and extremely unprofessional when it comes to dealing with issues in the workplace. Simple issues as working free keeping the store clean zone and aisles etc. they just completely ignore it and act as if it doesn't exist. There were times where I would notice glass on the floor and other liquids I'll address it to team leaders or coaches (managers) it'll take them 30-40 minutes to locate stationary workers to clean it up. Are used to work in the OGP department and that department is absolutely embarrassing. I worked OGP at a different store and my manager and department managers made sure that we kept our department up to par and our customer satisfied. At this store it's absolutely ridiculous how many meetings we have a week about the same issues. Every meat and we would discuss how workers are hiding in the back room and behind corners playing on their phones not looking for items that customers have ordered and just slacking off during work. Our coaches said they will take care of these issues yet they never did they continue to do it. I can only count maybe two or three coworkers who actually try to keep the department together and work way beyond their pay. Now let's discuss the team leads. The team leads are supposed to look over normal associates to make sure they are continuously working doing things correct and also assisting in stocking and or dispensing depending on their department. Unfortunately they be slacking just as much as the regular associates so no wonder the associates never work with any purpose or just to get the job done that they are being paid to do. You will walk in the back room catch team leads talking about relationship issues or sporting events their kids are going to or vacations they want to go to or just gossip that they've seen in the news. The store looks absolutely horrible there's barely any merchandise on the shelves but there so much freight in the backroom. So if you order an item online and go to pick it up and it says item not found nine times out of 10 it's probably in the back room just stuff somewhere in a corner that everyone is just too lazy to look for. You go into the store anytime in the day I guarantee you 30 bucks you're fine merchandise just sitting on the floor still in the packaging you'll find glass somewhere on the ground some spill bleed or water somewhere they don't care. Finally let's discuss the normal associate once again like I previously mention how can you blame them for being so lackluster at work when they look at their coaches and team leads do the exact same thing and that's NOTHING. It's been numerous times where my wife has ordered from the online pick up section and we get home we don't even have half of the items that we've ordered yet we were charged we were also notice sometimes we will have orders that belong to completely different people so then will have to drive another 20 minutes back to the store show them the items that we don't have if they answer the phone after we sat in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes calling the same number and they're just ignoring it. Trust me I know they're ignoring it I've worked this department before at this store and I've seen them talk about girls in the store or guys in the store or something they saw on television why the phone is ringing which is customers outside waiting to get their stuff. Honestly I believe the best change for the store is to get new management get a store manager in an assistant store manager who truly cares about the performance of the store because everyone else will follow if people see that their store manager is barely even at the store and their assistant store manager is running around trying to look cool to other associates instead of actually getting stuff done then guess what that's exactly what the rest of the employees are going to do. I wouldn't recommend

I loathe this Walmart. I do not like Walmart shopping and had experience as a Kmart employee years ago so I kinda get how McDonalds meets Kmart = Walmart became a phenomenon. However, my challenge is with their pharmacy. I can compare it to Target. Target pharmacies are always professional. They walk over to everyone and greet them with an explanation of what their medications are for. Unfortunately, this is far from my experience at this location. If I were you I'd take precautions.
