They had no line, beautiful black staff. The pharmacist (female /white coat) refused to ring up my vitamins (1 jar). She told me I need to go to the extremely long lines in the cashier aisle. Some people know customer service, she simply missed that training. This is Monday 5/15 at 5:30pm. Dont take your meds to Gresham Pharmacy or buy their products. I highly discourage it.

horrible the customer service was fine my issue is being told my prescription will be ready the following day of drop off returning 3 days later and the prescription still not ready smh on top of not being able to get all the prescriptions filled bcuz they are "over the counter" and no one attempted to assist me in locating them i would have called corporate but pretty sure that wouldn't have been much of a difference ridiculous

Even a high school dropout can post accurate store and pickup hours on Google, but for these pharmacists I guess that's too much to ask, at least at the time of this review.

DO NOT GO HERE. I have to take medication for heart issues. Last time I tried to fill, they said they didn't have it in stock and I need to call a week in advance next time so they could order it. Today (a week in advance) I called and they now say I have to bring it in on the 14th and “hope for the best†and wait a week if they don't have it, but that they can't even begin to order it until it's the date I need it. I can't wait a week. My heart isn't going to be like “cool I'll wait for this Walmart pharmacy.†It's a high dosage so basically NO ONE just has it in stock. The Walmart where I used to live had no problem ordering a week in advance, but this Walmart pharmacy clearly doesn't know a single thing about medications and the laws about them.

This has to be the worst pharmacy ever!! They leave the phone off the hook so no one can reach them, only so you can make a blank trip and waste gas!! Told me 4 times they would put me on the text msg service they have and still haven't done it yet ...... It's just unacceptable service from a customer stand point unless you old and have been going there for years!!

I waited over 30 mins to be seen , watched as the pharmacy tech filled previous prescriptions as she sat my daughters down. I was told I would get a text once my daughters prescription was filled. I never received a text so I called the pharmacy only to be put on hold for 10 mins and then hung up on before calling back and told the prescription was ready. After arriving to get the prescription was told to wait once more for my prescription. I will NOT use this pharmacy again

pharmacist tech very rude, hung up phone on me while calling for a doctor. The patient was prescribed drops a few days before but pharmacy still haven't filled the request so told by doctor to handle the situation and got the worst service ever. i hate shopping in predominately black areas due to poor customer service. that is why i will continue to use and recommend other pharmacies that go out their way to please the customer. The phone ranged for ten minutes with not one answer or voicemail pickup after being rudely hung up on.

This is the worse Walmart in Georgia Period. Management is the worst. They are definitely not up to speed on store policies. Nicola at customer service has a very bad attitude. And definitely needs some coaching
