Fed up with this Walmart and their lack of professionalism. I dropped my daughter and my prescription off yesterday (3/13/2023) at 5:59 only for the cashier to say they’ll have to fill my prescription tomorrow because they close at 7, their sign say they close at 9, website say they close at 9 so I’m not understanding how they choose their own hours and close at 7? Fast forward to today, I called at 9am and I was told it’ll be ready in 2 hours (11am) and it’s still not ready, I’m being told 12:30. I’m pist off and annoyed, I’ll never come back to this pharmacy. I have a kidney infection and my baby has strep throat and we’re in so much pain, this pharmacy shows they don’t care about anyone but themselves. I’ll NEVER return again.

Went to pick up prescription they advised would be ready in 30 minutes and would receive a text message when ready. I never received the text message got the medicine an hour and 30 minutes later for them to then tell me they don't have one of them and that another one was never filled. Called the doctor they showed it was filled. Went back the next morning and walmart said it still wasn't filled and that the doctor had them on hold. They tried to get me to leave again to wait for a text message that I know I won't get again. I am Highly frustrated for my 4 year olds medicine.

I am a native of Southwest Atlanta and I feel that those who are from here approach and appreciate the entire of experience of what it means to even have a Walmart slightly differently. Whenever I am here they are all so very kind. I am blessed that one of the Pharmacist is a Southwest Atlanta native as well. She is a true testimonial to the SWATs and hard work and determination. Great place. I love they tell you when they have love so you can plan accordingly. I came here from Walgreens and this is my neighborhood pharmacy. Warm and friendly. I truly appreciate them.

The worst Walmart ever. It's 10pm and there is a line about 20 deep on both sides. Trying to speak with a manager or customer service rep. I was told no one is here. Then called the store 6 six times while in line with no response to a rep. This is said. Only 4 lines open out 1 lanes a s 2 opposite sides of speedy check with zero attendants. This truly ridiculous I will never come back

The individuals in the pharmacy should really work on their customer service skills. When they answer the phones, allow the customer to respond before being put on hold.

Attempting to load cash to a PayPal account, to no avail, after three levels of employee wheels spinning with different color vest to a manager with a business card. I was directed to call the customer service 1800 Number. " Our registers aren't equipped with the ability to work with PayPal - Green Dot. Again it's probably a great place to work for management to direct customers to 1 800 Numbers for further service. I would imagine that conversation going like this, hello Customer Service Walmart, me: yes the management here has asked me to tell you that they can't help me with my transaction. Ok who did you talk to? Me: H Mesfin Assistant Manager. But don't hold me to that, give me a chance to call customer service. I'll be back with a up date soon.

On a hot Monday I decided to go to Wally world to shop. I picked this store because I didnt think it would be packed. I was right. This store had a nice sprinkling of customers and that was fine with me. I was greeted soon as I walked in the door This location is set up differently. They had televisions in the main aisle for sale. Okay I never seen that before. The set up sort of gave me the Sam's Club vibe. I was pleasantly able to get what I needed and then some that I didn't need too. I think I wandered around the store for about an hour. They had some nice clearance too. Check out was also easy peasy. I didn't have to wait. Yay!!!!

One commenter stated that there was pushback to open the Walmart at this location because of "traffic" concerns. That's not entirely true. Residents didn't want a Walmart because they thought it would devalue their property by bringing in lots of outsiders and undesirables...and they were right. This area of Southwest Atlanta used to be an oasis. Not so much anymore. Should have known if they put a Walmart here, it would be subpar like most other stores they put in predominantly Black areas, and sure enough that's what happened. This place has the WORST parking, LONGEST lines, LACK of staff, LACK of supply on shelves, and on and on. God forbid they put a top-notch store on the South side, nevermind that it's down the street from exclusive, million-dollar homes. Nope. Only the inferior places for the south side apparently. I rue the day the powers that be wore down concerned citizens and opened this place.
