Customer service at this particular branch is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I experienced on July 11, 2024 from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm when I decided to leave without any customer service help from no one who were supposed to helping customers coming into the bank. This particular bank is located at 612 Lee Street-Westend Atlanta, Ga. The two guys that were supposed to be assisting people that came in for customer services did not assist me nor others because of no appointments. It's ridiculous that wellsfargo banking corporations would employ/hire people who really doesn't understand or exactly know what being a customer service representative is about. Those 2 at this branch doesn't. I wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing. Something needs to be fixed at the branch that's located at 612 Lee Street-Westend Atlanta Ga.

This is seriously the worst bank in all of Georgia. Rude, slow service by incompetent tellers and bank managers. I always dread coming to this branch. No one ever smiles in here and you are never treated with respect. You only get slow service and insulting suspicion.

Bad Customer Service. And I knew it because it was bad on a few previous visits. After they couldn't figure out that my signature was in fact my signature I had to head to a different bank in which they took care of me on significantly less time with much better customer service.

If I had rated this location a couple of years ago, I would've rated it a two. Back then, the customer service was almost as bad as it gets and they looked at customers as if they were an intruding inconvenience. But lately I've seen some improvement. However, that perceived improvement may be more due to the fact that when I do visit this bank it's usually when it first opens at 9 am on Saturdays. I haven't been there at a later time or on a weekday in awhile. This bank is located in the West End section of Atlanta, about a block from the West End MARTA transit station, directly across from West End Mall (the Citi Trends store side) and it's also near the Peaches of Atlanta strip club. It has three ATM machines on the outside and a drive-thru in addition to the main lobby. The inside is very clean, as the floor is usually shiny and spotless. No Wells Fargo in Atlanta reflects the neighborhood it's in more than this one. The West End part of Atlanta played a huge part in the civil rights movement and you'll notice the historic influence once you enter the bank. Above the bank teller windows and near the ceiling is a mural of photographs depicting Atlanta's civil rights history. You will see (among other portraits of interest): Martin Luther King Jr., Coretta Scott King, John Lewis, Andrew Young, Maynard Jackson (Atlanta's first black mayor & the first black mayor of any large southern city in the USA), a photo of Hosea Williams marching with Jesse Jackson, and a picture of someone protesting the Jim Crow laws. To top it all off, there is usually jazz music playing softly over the speaker system. And as I noted earlier, the customer service has improved a bit. One teller who really stands out is named Christian. He's a light-skinned black man with a beard who is always helpful and patient with his customers. I remember him mostly because he's assisted me the last two times I've been there but the other tellers are similarly professional (at least lately it's been that way on Saturday mornings). One thing that they still need to work on though is having more tellers available for service so the lines can move faster. But it seems they've made a conscious effort to hire more hospitable employees in comparison to what they used to have. They get a three from me.

Every time we go in it is a bad experience. We came in to open an account one day and they would not assist us because it was too close to closing time. There were plenty of people who came in after us who were serviced. I work in sales and would never turn down a client 1) Bad customer experience and 2) That's money walking out the door. I know the locations bonus on how many accounts they opened so the managers laziness surprised me when she asked us to come back another day. We will definitely be taking business elsewhere.

12 windows but three are servicing customers...8 people in line...APD on patrol...two drive in lines...no drive thru ATM...plenty of parking...beautiful mural that honors the freedom fighters in Atlanta. Wells Fargo could still do better with this location but all and all I guess it could be worse...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Don't even bother going to this branch. When you walk in, someone greets you obligingly because it's their job. But beyond that, the customer service here is the worst. A lady walks up to me and asks me what she could help me with and when I tell her what I need, she tells me immediately that I can't be helped by anyone. Then someone sits down with me and I tell them my frustrations of being a victim of fraud and the first comment I get is "calm down and stop being so uptight". I'm pretty sure that is unacceptable anywhere. I would have loved to complain to a manager but I'm sure everyone in there would have given me the same treatment. Rude and unprofessional is an understatement.

Its unfortunate that 1) relationship banking doesn't exist anymore and 2) professionalism at the top financial institutions is poor. This bank's customer service is not bad but it's far from excellent. They treat the customers who keep their funds like they are not a priority. I suspect it has more to do with the location and type of people the bank deals with than the overall bank itself but nevertheless my money is going elsewhere.

So many employees. Literally worst customer service ever. People drive through the parking area like maniacs. Horrible bank. Horrible experience.

I've had so-so service at this location. I had my account info stolen with them and had to get a new one. The person I dealt with seemed like she knew what she was doing. She didn't. She cancelled the new account she had just given me. So I was without an account for an additional night because they were already closed by the time I noticed. Frustrating. The line t be let in before opening is always 30+ and they don't have enough tellers. I make a point to just use the atm and go inside for banking elsewhere. The only reason they get two stars is because one..its the closet to my house and two because they have three atms.
