Full on holiday season in a commercial district. In a line 9 deep now for 15min unmoving. ONLY because there is 1 teller. There are three others walking around asking if we need any help, but the one help that could be given isn't offered. No one else is offered to the 5 empty other teller window.Attend to demand Wells Fargo, knowing that the season is busy with cash withdrawals for gift giving.

It's impossible to get someone to answer the phone. It's just re-route and runaround. If one really needs that location, which I have and do, we should be able to call.

The entire experience was very slow and not organized. I know the owner doesn’t care, and only responds to seem actively involved but, avoid this location at all costs. The teller Jay took 30 minutes to cash one check! And everyone else just walked around and avoided eye contact. Only come to this location if you have hours to waste.

Wells Fargo has paid $27.3 billion in penalties for various offenses since 2000. Bank elsewhere.

Currently standing in line for 30 mins waiting on a single teller on a Friday. While 3 other employees walk back and forth. I feel like I’m in line applying for Gov’t Assistance. I would NEVER become a customer of this branch.

I've used this location several times to cash checks inside. Once in a while there's a wait, but usually moves quickly. They get 3 stars because I've gone randomly during business hours and they've just been closed without warning or explanation. It's happened more than once.

Need to send a wire? Can't do it. Need to deposit a check? Can't do it. Need any documentation for your bank records? Can't do it. Just shut the doors on this branch.

Came to get a notary and the banker acted like I ruined their whole afternoon having to fill out some paperwork. Kept giving me sideeye like I was somehow pulling a fast one on the whole US banking system. Will go out of my way to Decatur if I ever need another notary as their bankers doesn't feel like the customers that pay for their salaries are too much if a hassle.

If you have an end of day appointment and the appointments in front of yours go over time, you will lose your appointment.

Went inside of this branch yesterday to deposit a settlement check that’s drawn on Wells Fargo. I spent 30 minutes in the Branch while a teller and the branch manager verified the check before depositing. All went well or so I thought…. This morning I logon to my online banking and the funds are not there! I call customer service and they tell me that the merchant has had fraud on their account and my check will be held until the 30th.This makes absolutely no sense! I bank with Wells Fargo, the check is drawn off of Wells Fargo…. The funds and check were verified when I went into the branch. What an inconvenience. I would have been better off cashing the check and then depositing the cash. The manager assured me the complete funds would post the next business day, and my receipt says nothing about a hold.I’m completely done with Wells Fargo, I’ve been a customer for over 12 years and this is unacceptable. I will be moving my business to a reputable financial institution.By the way- is there no dress code on your branches for your employees? One employee (a male) had on long earrings, while another employee had on faded jeans and a T-shirt.TERRIBLE!!!!!

I called the branch asking if I needed to make an appointment for the notarization of my estate plan. They told me to just come in. I went and waited five minutes and then sat down with a banker. Then I was told that they don't notarize such items and was very dismissive when I asked why. She didn't have an answer only that it was policy (although none of this is communicated online) and directed me to the UPS store next-door. When I got to the UPS store they said they also did not do them but gave me a card for a private notary that could help. I went back to the Wells Fargo location to let them know that the UPS store did not notarize such documents so they wouldn't share that with future customers, and was met with an attitude by the other banker who said it was just a suggestion. I asked to speak with the original person that I spoke with and was told she was in the back. Frustrated, I went back into the location and asked to speak with a branch manager. Low and behold it was the first person I spoke with who continue to be dismissive and I asked how I can share feedback with Wells Fargo. She told me to call the 800 number. Of course Wells Fargo has hundreds of numbers but I searched online and found the 844 number that I needed to call. I spoke with someone that reports complaints to the executive team for 15 minutes sharing my grievances about the poor customer service. I hope the recorded conversation is shared with the employees of that branch location as well as the executive team as communicated. I have been a loyal customer of Wells Fargo for 20 years, I'm not quite sure why I continue to tolerate such poor treatment. I will never step foot in that branch again.
