Very disappointed with the service at this Wells Fargo branch. I had a confirmed appointment at 2:00 PM, but received a confusing call from a team member shortly before, asking for details and telling me I had an appointment with “somebody” — then abruptly hung up. About 15 minutes later, I got another call asking me to come to their location without giving a clear explanation. The lack of professionalism and communication was frustrating. It felt like they weren’t prepared for my appointment at all. Definitely not the level of service I expect from a major bank.

Irene was wonderful. I am power of attorney for my elderly aunt whose husband passed away several years ago. Came In to discover what kind of nightmare I was facing with removing him and adding me to her accounts when I don’t bank here. Irene was so pleasant and worked so hard and was so persistent and made several calls and after a lengthy process she was able to jump through all the necessary hoops to get it taken care of and I was able to Remove the deceased, and add myself same day. Was fully expecting to be sent away multiple times and this being a very lengthy painful process with multiple trips like everything seems to be these days. What a breath of fresh air Wells Fargo and Irene are . I may move my accounts over after such a pleasant experience!

This Wells Fargo branch provides much better service to clients than other branch near by (based on my own experience). The staff are friendly, professional and efficient! Even when last minute help was needed without appointment, I walked in the beach 15 minutes before branch close, Ms. Irene Ann Bratschitsch was very friendly and helped me!

Thanks so much to Mr. Kevin Waiters at the Wells Fargo branch near the Toco Hills Shopping Center at 2942 N. Druid Hills Road, Atlanta, GA 30329. My husband and I really appreciate how Mr. Waiters was so cheerful, welcoming, and professional. Thanks to him we had almost no wait time. He was eager to help us and thoughtfully answered all of our questions. Thanks again to Mr. Waiters!

The teller was nice and friendly. I asked if i could have my debit card linked to my savings account so i could use the atm instead of having to come in or do transfers and the banker informed me that you cannot have the savings account linked, i have to go in the app and order an atm card. I am upset because that is a lie, if she didn't want to help, say i'm busy instead, not tell a lie. I had to call customer service to get my needs met smh.

I deposited a check in the atm here on Saturday. And recieved an email saying I would have to wait until Tuesday for the funds to clear. Which didn’t seem strange. On Sunday I recieved an email saying my check was rejected. I called on Sunday and a CSR stated nothing was wrong and I would receive the funds by Tuesday, on Tuesday I wake up and Wells Fargo cleared the check and deposited the funds out of my account but turned around and deducted the funds right back out of my account. Wells Fargo is not conducting g business honestly and I’m having to many issues with them. I called Wells Fargo on Tuesday and they stated the check was canceled by the insurance company. Which was a lie. I’m fed up with them and I’m reporting this issue to FTC. They are doing business dishonestly . I called the insurance company and they stated they never canceled the check. I’m fed up with Wells Fargo….

This branch is right next to where I reside and thus my choice for anything bank related. It Is in a good location and my visit was to open an account this day. I had not made an appointment so I was hoping that there would be some free time, and luckily for me, One of the specialists there called Kevin was able to help me despite having a full schedule. As with most Wells Fargo branches I was treated with respect and courtesy, something that I have always appreciated this particular bank for. Just wanted to drop this review for any potential customers that this location has a very helpful and outgoing staff which really really added to my comfort and trust in their services.
