Today I received OUTSTANDING customer service at this location. Everyone had a smile and offered their assistance in a timely manner. Business is very clean and peaceful. Definitely a breath of fresh air. Thank you to all that works here .

This branch had 1 teller at the window at a busy traffic location. After waiting 30 minutes to see the teller, the customer service is horrible at this Clairmont location. I asked for brand new $100 bills for an international trip (something many travelers understand the need for), and was assured twice that the branch had them. After a long wait, the teller, Sash, gave me old, marked bills—some in worse condition than the ones I came in with. When I asked for my original bills back, I was told they had already been mixed with the teller’s, without my consent.
Instead of apologizing, the manager, Jasmine, was dismissive, telling me others were waiting—as if my valid concern didn’t matter. I was even rushed mid-transaction. The manager Jasmine write my account number on a random piece of paper without valid explanation. When I asked for her name, she gave one that doesn’t even match anyone working there, according to Wells Fargo customer service representative.
I didn’t ask for anything out of the ordinary—just respect and a little empathy. Sadly, this branch delivered neither.

Went to go open a bank account and the employees seemed like they didn’t want to help me. I definitely will be trying a different bank!

This place is such stupid operators even the manager seating while there’s big line only one tailor she operating the driver 🚘🚘 through and in side customers there’s elderly people waiting too none of them came to help the lady work by herself didn’t even come tell us to be patient or anything not helping her i’m advise anyone coming to this Wellsfargo branch expect 45 minutes to be there on the line only Miss, gwendolyn she is professional sorry if I missed pronounced her name because their receipt paper printer is messed up. They don’t even give no attention imagine you work hard and you look like beggar in their face it’s disgusting 🤢 it’s not food stamp office to do the job in disrespectful way it’s my very last time to be in that branch 😡😡😡😡

Line is 20 people long and the manager is just standing around. Why did all the banks close on Saturday? Work all week and can't even get your money out unless you drive 5 miles out of the way.

If I could give this bank a 0 review I would. I am sitting in the bank’s parking lot as I type this review. I am so disappointed in the lack of service that I received on today. I arrived to Wells Fargo at 11:45am on Saturday 12/9/23 and the drive thru line was quite slow. I sat in the line until around 12:20pm when I finally reached the front of the line and the bank teller MORGAN (she stated she said does not give out her last name) proceeded to be extremely rude. She had a horrible attitude as she stated that the person next to me was her last customer because she was here before 12pm which is the banks closing time. Morgan stated that I was not here before 12pm. I expressed to Morgan that I have been in line since before 12pm and if the bank has cameras then they can refer to them to confirm. Morgan stated someone checked and I was not present. Due to this, I was at Wells Fargo over 30 minutes before being told I would not be serviced by an extremely rude bank teller. I did not appreciate Morgan’s attitude and her insinuating I was being dishonest about my place in line. When I arrived to the bank and entered the line, the open light was green. I watched them turn the open light off at 11:55am as I sat in the drive thru line. Because, I was in line prior to the closing time I believe I should have been serviced just as I would have been if I was in the actual branch building prior to closing time. Based on my experience with Morgan, she needs to find a different place of employment and/or undergo more customer service training. This location also needs to incorporate a better procedure when it comes to servicing customers in the drive thru line. I will be reporting my experience to corporate. I would advise other customers to bank at a different branch if you continue to receive service at Wells Fargo.

This location is under staff. I have been in line for 40 minutes and still have not been helped. Yeah, it a bank but they should have better customer service.
