So today marks my 2nd time that I’ve gone to this branch and attempted to do business. When you walk in no one greets you, they just look at you! I sit down waiting for someone to come over and assist, no one comes over! I will never come to this bank ever again!!!!

Had horrible experience at this branch today. Wanted to close my matured CD and transfer it to my existing saving account. I was not trying to open another CD account or savings account or anything else. This is something that should take 5 min to do. Told the branch manager my intentions clearly. She said she understood what I wanted to do and asked me to wait until she gets back to me. About 45 min later I asked her what is going on and this time she said she had to make an appointment to do this and it’s going to be a different day! It was around 3 pm and the bank is supposedly open til 5. I understand bank may be busy but don’t make me wait 45 min to an hour and THEN tell me you can’t do it today. I went to another branch waited less than 15 min someone got back to me and did the job in 5 min! WellsFargo if you want to lose customers keep this so called manager there her name is Shannon, really needs to learn customer service.

No wonder they have a lot of bad reviews. Apart from being slow, they have very bad service. I wanted to make a payment for a car and they never ask me for an ID. It's just paying, I'm not asking for information or anything. JUST PAY! The person answering called, according to his manager, all dirty, all disheveled, and his entire blouse was dirty with food. Very bad service

I was prepared for a not so great experience seeing all the low reviews but I was so wrong.I scheduled a appointment online to set up my business account. Galen Gardenhire was my banker and he absolutely beat all the negative reviews. He paid attention to all the details and was very patient with all my questions. He also helped update details from my old profile. He informed me about other available services and was not pushy about it. Overall great experience and definitely recommend this location.

I have been a customer for over 40 years. I went in the Bank yesterday in Sandy Springs to get one piece of paper notarized. I was told they don't have a notary there! What Bank doesn't have a notary on site at all times?!?! I asked which of their branches have a notary and I would go there, I was told "I don't know, you'll have to call around". Wow what a lack of Customer Service.

Very Sad. 8 computers. 5 tellers. Only 1 station working. Nobody in the line. Still had to wait 10 minutes to be helped.

The branch manager, "CARRIE CATAPANO", mistreats black customers, by denying them access to common bank services, that's allowed by Caucasians, Asians, Hispanics, and Indians. be very aware when encountering Carrie and some of the other employees at this location. Protect yourself at all costs. If you bank with Wells Fargo, document your account weekly.

Worst branch ever. Super slow and wasn’t able to open a simple account when needed urgently. Manager didn’t help at all to solve an issue. Update: after I posted this I went across the street at Truist Bank and opened up immediately with the best service ever! Wells Fargo never again…. just go across the street banks and you will get the best banking service!

Unprofessional & Condescending Regional Branch Manager - Shannon Page - Sandy Springs BranchIf you’re looking for a helpful bank for your family to do business with this is not the one as long as Sharon Page is the manager. I needed some simple transactions to take place and Miss Page was looking for ways to up charge me and/ or not perform the transactions. She needs to take a course on professionalism and how to support customers. There’s several banks within a half a block of this location. If you want management abuse, this is a good location to go to. If you don’t, you might want to try another Wells Fargo location or another bank.My entire family has used Wells Fargo. I will do my best to discourage them from going to this location and ideally closing their accounts. We don’t need to be abused by a manager who has no sincere people skills. By the way… Their general services aren’t that great either, so you might want to shop around.

Unprofessional and condescending Regional Branch Manager - Shannon Page - Sandy Springs Location If you want to be abused, spoke down to, and up charged by a manager when you're trying to make some simple transactions, this is a good location to go to. I recommended Shannon Page a course on being professional that includes people skills training or find a position that you don't have to engage and help customers. I hope she doesn't encourage the people that she has working for her to mimic her inability to support customers!!

The worst banking location in Wells Fargo's line of locations right here in Sandy Springs!!They don't give two s___s about customer service here. And don't come here trying to set up a new account ......they just don't have time for it.Really, this location needs some new management as the current ones are very un-personable in their approach - we just walked 5 mins down the street to another bank to open our account!!The other banks in the area will benefit from the non customer service style of the current employees. Synovus, Truist, Signature Bank of Georgia, Ameris Bank all within a short walk of 5 minutes away.We chose Synovus and told our story the manager but alas, he had already heard about this locations problems.......he gets plenty of new customers that come down the street.

Friendly personnel, however, the service I visited the branch for took much longer than expected. According to a representative (reached by calling the local # and was routed a rep in Houston) they’d changed some regulations which is an inconvenience nonetheless a decision made by corporate. I’d be upset if they weren’t so nice during visit, so it kinda made up for it! :)

I have been to this branch two times in two years to make simple business deposits and the staff treat me poorly each time. They claim that everything they do is SOP for their entire company but its not how any other branch conducts business. Each time it makes me nervous and I end up leaving and just go to another branch where they actually complete the standard deposit just like a normal business deposit. They claim that since I, as an employee, am not the owner of the business account, that they have to verify every check and money order being deposited. Im sorry, but its extremely common for employees to be sent to the bank to perform basic deposits and no other branch sits there and calls in every check and money order being deposited.I hope the company makes changes in the teller staff at the branch and in the mean time I will just go to the branch south of this location.

6300 Rosewell Rd location was a good experience. The teller, Tanisha O. was professional and when she attempted to cash my check she saw something she didn't recognize. She followed the protocol and asked for her manager, named Ashsten C.. She asked me a question. I answered and got my check cashed. Unlike, the 8721 Roswell Rd. location where the teller named Joan, which is a he, lied and said he was unable to cash my check because my employer set it up that way in the system. He caused me to go to the 6300 location. I would recommend the 6300 location to anyone. No wait time as well.

If you're depositing cash and/or change, make sure to count your money in front of the teller before they do or else they might not count all of it. Some of them are shady and I know they didn't put all my money into my account last time I went.
