BEWARE! This location is run by uneducated staff and they do not have your interest in mind. Been dealing with the same issue for 2+ months with no resolution. Not to mention locations are closing all over Atlanta. Stay away from Wells Fargo!

I went at 12 pm to notarized a document and they told me that the notary was busy at that time. I called at 2 pm asking when the notary was available and they told me to go after 3 Pm. I went there at 3 pm and they told me the notary left for the day. Nice custumer service. I got 6 accounts with them between business, personal and family. Time to shop around for a better bank

My complaint is, I wanted to see if they were open on Friday November 10, or closed for Veterans Day. The web site says Veterans Day "may" affect their hours. So I call the bank. No one answers, but if they are closed today for Veterans Day, they know. The only way to find out is to drive to the bank. This seems to be a needless inconvenience for the customer.

This branch's customer service makes me wonder why I continue to bank with Wells Fargo. They never have a notary, which is a free service offered to my through my account. They have to be badgered into helping a customer (of 30 years) find a notary at another WF branch. And they don't even think to find one that is close.The branch on Roswell Road has FOUR notaries. IDK why this one does not even have a single one. Management here needs to be fired.

Worst service ever! I went there to open a business account and after sitting 15 minutes in wait I asked to use the bathroom and they said we don't have bathroom for customers. Then after being there for 20 minutes they come and say we don't have available time for you right now do you want to make an appointment?! It seems like their customers time are worthless to them.

This branch just offered me the worst customer service in the history of banking. They are slow, and backwards. I will never come to this location again. And your parking lot sucks

I've been a Wells Fargo for 10+ years, lived in multiple states and have never seen a better ran branch than at Roswell Wieuca. Without fail, they are consistent in their eagerness to help, treat the customer with kindness and expeditious with your business. I drive out of my way to handle my business at this Branch. While every employee here is wonderful, today's experience with Amir Rahman was well beyond our expectations. KUDOS to this branch for running a fine branch.

We pulled into the bank at 2 minutes before 12:00 on Christmas Eve. The teller saw us and ran to lock the door. I knocked and showed her the time on my telephone and she said "we go by our own clock". We were there to deposit cash and her flagrant disregard for her customer will cost this piece of crap bank 2 personal accounts and one business one. It is unfortunate as I have banked at this branch (in all its acquisitions) for 25 years. Run, don't walk

My favorite Wells Fargo banking location. I travel past two just to use this one. The staff are friendly and welcome me when I visit to do inside banking. They are knowledgeable with solutions for whatever is needed. Thomas Suydam is my banker; excellent to work with. I highly recommend.
