I love the convenience of this location and the friendly staff. The branch manager Maria is very helpful and always on top of her branch and employees for help.

I came to open an account they made me open it and couldn’t figure out how to completely open it they only have 1 banker the rest of the ppl only work at the front desk very slow and managed poorly. If you don’t have an appointment DONT GO TO THIS BANK! Im closing my Wells Fargo account that I just started 4 days ago because this would never happen at chase.

Worst customer service, and always late even with appointment. Don’t ever go to this branch if you want things needed to be done on time.

I went to 8721 Roswell Rd. Wells Fargo Branch, and was unable to get my check cashed. The check was a Wells Fargo check. I inquired as to why he; the teller name is Joan, could not cash my check. He lied, saying that's the way my employer set it up in the system. I got suspicious. He just didn't want to admit he didn't understand what the system was showing him. I left and went to another Wells Fargo at 6300 Roswell Rd and the teller named Tanisha O. had a question about what came up on the screen. She did the correct thing, following the right protocol by asking for her manager, who's name is Ashsten C. She asked me a question. I answered and my check was cashed. I would recommend this location for anyone. There wasn't any wait time as well.ivht

So i have to bank with wells fargo to get change ??? Where else am I supposed to go for change. Such horrible customer service.Thats why i choose not to bank with them. Ridiculous.

Needed a physical check for an emergency: Left work, waited in line 20 -25 minutes, then told printer isn't working so they could not help. Expectations not met.

I called in to hopefully make an appointment to open an account. I told the woman on the phone that I work until 3:30/4 everyday. I asked her if I could come in around four on any given weekday to talk with someone and she responded, “Well, we close at five…..*silence*”Then she recommended I go to another location.Reading the reviews from here, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that the customer service isn’t the greatest. It was just such a bizarre interaction.

As a person who lives in AZ and never been to Atlanta, it blows mind that this bank let someone fraudulently deposit a fake cashiers check into my account not even made out to me! and turn around and let someone with withdraw 17500.00 dollars in cash money. I could not even talk to anyone at Wells Fargo with out them texting me a code! In 1 day, at 4 different Wells Fargo banks in the Atlanta area someone was able to steal over 30000.00 dollars from my account and not once did the bank contact me! I don't blame Wells Fargo as a whole but 4 branches have FAILED me as a customer!

I came to Cash a check, Teller Diana told me that because of the large amount of the check I would have to give her my drivers license, but I left it at work, I went to get the Id and come back to the branch with my Id she was able to deposit the check not cash it because I did not have the same funds however, a banker called Diana to let her know that she had a call in line one, she told him that she can’t answer the phone call because she was with a customer, wow I love that I feel like I was really appreciated by her, then also I needed to update my information with Antonio and Ahmed help me out this team went above and beyond with the customer service.

Extremely incompetent bank tellers. If you can't do your business at the ATM here, go ahead and try a different location.

The worst branch to visit, always long lines, under staffed and worst of all branch manager will not help the teller line, just walks around what appears to be doing nothing.
