This location sucks a lot. The wait time is very long. There’s only one cashier person available everytime I come inside. It’s gotten so bad that I drive further away from home to get quality service at another location. The light skin bald headed manager here never does any work. He just walks around monitoring other people. It’s ridiculous.

All employees here are either too busy socializing or selfie-ing to do their jobs. For the love of all things holy, use any other WF location than this one. They weird here.I clearly have my regrets for opening an account with WF. What have I done..?

This banks location is horrible it will be a bank full of customers an managers an tellers will walk off an leave one bank teller to handle 14 customers this location knows nothing about courtesy an it’s ridiculous && I think I have came to this location for the last time an everyone is in the back running there mouth leaving one person to take care of so many customers they are very unprofessional an does not show any standards that Wells Fargo hold

The drive up hours are posted yet there is no one working the drive thru. A male employee passed the window twice without acknowledging me. I came to the drive thru due to having my newborn and the weather for convenience. It's absolutely ridiculous that this is how you treat your customers!

This particular Saturday it’s raining and 6 employees are working. The drive thru is closed and the line is extremely long. No urgency the only voice is next in line. Not Good morning how may I assist you. Camp Creek location is always my last resort when dealing with Wells Fargo.

Never seems to be staffed; every time I’ve gone, it’s either closed, despite the hours showing open on google, or drive through services only, which doesn’t get me what I need.

The staff is awesome the manager is a a****** he should not even be a manger he is rude and don’t care about his guest at all and he is very nosey I recommend and new manager !!

If I could give a 0 for manager Derrick Blakely I would. Went to close and account. Was told by the teller an approval was needed. She contacted the manager. When he came out he didn't come to the counter instead went to help another customer and we were there first. When he came cover he said he had to verify the close account info. We sat for 25 minutes for something that should have been 5 minutes. He told us our signature didn't match, but he didn't ask for additional account verfication info. Instead he asked what he really wanted to know. Why we were taking out the funds. Told him I didn't have to tell him that and he refused to close my account and I'll have to go to another branch to complete my request. Well you know Derrick Blakely your review is a Zero for customer service.Previous review I found 5 years agoMost terrible bank. Derrick Blakely is manager he's absolutely the worst. If any thing goes wrong he says a lot of scams in Atlanta and you just have to deal with it. Please go on bb and t or bank of America or Suntrust they are all in walking proximity. Stay away.
