Let's already forget the notion of Fast in Fastfood, 10 people in front of us 45 minutes of waiting…..All this to be received like a dog by a hostess who obviously doesn't care to be there, no effort to speak, no hello, no goodbye….Let's talk about the products, half of the menu missing, the same for the drinks, uncooked fries, fortunately Burger is not bad.In short, the Wendy’s spirit is far away, to be avoided.

Could this crew get any more rude or care less about actually doing their job? Likely not.For example, the store one napkin dispenser they had was empty. I asked if they had any napkins in the back after explaining that the napkins dispenser was empty. The crew member looked at me and said that they are in napkin dispenser. I again stated that the dispenser was empty. She replied, "well what do you want me to do about it?" I wasn't going to get into an argument with her, but the honest answer is your job.On top of that, they have the audacity to ask for a tip at the terminal.Do better Wendy's.

Absolutely terrible. One piece of food left the kitchen in 10 minutes. Many customers left the very long line and went elsewhere. It is clear management severely understaffed the place. This is what failure of a fast food restaurant looks like when management is not engaging.

Sat at register for over 10 minutes with employees just looking at me. No, just a sec, no words at all. All orders in front of me had been processed and picked up, so no actual reason for this. Worst Wendy's service I have ever encountered. Had to leave since since at the pace they were moving, no way I could wait another 5 minutes to order and then wait for food. No online order option.

Despite being probably one of the busiest Wendys in the world, they processed the long line super fast, and I was happy to see a pick up line.. no gaggles around the counter! I asked for no pickles and got it, the burger was fresh and good.. overall very satisfied. The manager here should get a serious raise for keeping the line going so well.

Poorly run Wendy's. Long line. They screwed up my order. I ordered a Baconator and got a single with cheese. Didn't realize it until I stepped away and walked to my gate. I wasn't about to go back and wait in the long line to exchange my order. Avoid this Wendy's.

The food was hot, but I was there at a busy time. Way to much ketchup on the burger. They gave me 10 ketchup packets for a medium fry. They muat really like ketchup at the Wendy's. Cashier was standing and sitting at times. It seems us customers were disturbing his music as he had his phone out and was "hiding" his earbuds. To top it off, the card machine asks for a tip? Wendy's and others, please stop this practice. Half the time your employees get paid too much already.

Very busy at 9:30 pm on a Sunday night. Despite the late hour there were thousands of travelers. There are not many options at this hour in Terminal B, but I wish I had chosen more wisely. The queue is hot, stuffy, and pretty dreary. While standing in a line of about 100 people, I overheard cooks say they weren't going to drop any more chicken or maybe that they had run out. At the order station I was told that the #1 combo (burger) was the only item they were offering. No other items were available (chicken, salads, chili, etc). I ordered that since I had already waited 15-20 minutes to reach that point. If you have a store open, all offerings should be available or state that its limited service after a certain time. It's not like they couldn't have anticipated the crowd! After a wait of another 15 minutes I received by $10 burger combo The bun was not that fresh and the fries were definitely stale. There are very few tables to sit and eat. You'd be better off getting a refrigerated salad or cold sandwich from one of the nearby convenience stores (or going hungry) rather than eating at this poor excuse for a Wendy's. (I was going to report this to Wendy's corporate but this store's number is not searchable on their website and their receipt machine was broken).

We ordered two sandwiches and they got both of them wrong. Poor attitude and poor service at this Wendy’s. Go to Five Guys in Terminal C, this place is horrible and would go out of business if they didn’t have a captive customer base.

Not good. Last week in passing through - there were no fries or chicken available during the lunch time. Today at dinner - there is only chicken nuggets available. The poor workers have to face loads of angry customers. Very poor management.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I have been to the ENTIRE burger was COLD! And I had 15 fries in my bag, yes I counted it barely filled up the container. After I placed my order I looked up and saw the low score of 89B and the food definitely reflects that score. How do they remain open with such bad reviews, food and customer service. Do better WENDY’S!!!
