Would give it a one star if I could, waited for over 30 mins for the lady to turn around everyone in front of me. She was trying to do verification on the phone for multiple people with having only two phones. She would make you wait to the side until she can "verify" the checks but eventually just sent everyone home. She had to call the boss for everything ! Like he should have been there in my case she sent him a text he never responded so I had to wait even longer. Went up the street and cashed check just fine. Moral of the story is don't come here. The lady even asked one lady who cashed a check to see her bank account to make sure she didn't try to deposit them in her mobile bank.

Scary location but service provided. No thrills just complete transactions low fees. Very professional tenders. All you can ask for in late night check cashing.

If I could give 0 starts I would. This place is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN. I own a bonafide business in Atlanta and issued a check drawn from SunTrust bank and they declared it was fake and kept the check. When I asked for the lady's name to report her to western Union she did not want to release her name. She said I had to come to the store. When I got there she didn't want to give her name after being identified by the other girls behind the glass as the manager. She then stated her name was Laquita, which i feel was not the truth. The young lady that called the check fake insisted that it was fake. The manager then asked for the check copy and called to verify it. I called suntrust as well on my phone to do the same thing. She picked up to talk to Suntrust and they put her on hold. After 25 minutes Suntrust came back to the phone and told her it was good. Not once did she apologize, she said that since the check was drawn that day they had to call to the actual bank where it was issued to verify it. That was a lod of nonsense. I got on the phone with suntrust and since they recorded the calls, the representative told me on speaker phone (Of course so everyone in the establishment could hear it) that the person who called it in gave the wrong date. So basically this was operator error. Initially she told us that when checks are counterfeit she keeps the check and calls the police. Due to a mistake on her company end with bad employees, someone could have went to jail. I had to travel across town to come there to do their job. No apologies but instead a mean faced look. This place needs to be shut down and they need to see employment that requires less thinking capacity. They were as wrong as two left shoes and wouldn't admit after EVERYONE hard what the Suntrust representative said....Operator error.

this western union is unprofessional i called b4 goin down there to make sure they was open then when i get there the same lady i talked to on the phne said they western union down smh
