Since they changed management, this place has become soo unprofessional. The lady behind the window literally was making personal calls while she was serving me. Talking to her kids and boyfriend and moving very slow, with a long line in the lobby. She could barely look up to say thank you when she was done and when she did, it was with a total attitude, like i was interrupting her conversation on the phone. Personal, non emergency calls should be saved for break time.

This woman sat her and talked to 2 men for well over 20 min. Mostly about what they were gonna get her for lunch. All types of cussing and everything. She need to be fired asap.

I just went inside to pick up money for Western Union. As soon as the young lady saw me picking up the Western Union paper she yelled Western Union is down right now! And I asked isn't this 24 hours? Then she replied well we are getting ready to do a shift change at 11 so come back after 12... I honestly feel as though that was her way of telling me she did not want to service me after I drove out of my way to come there! If you have a job and you are getting paid to do that job it needs to be done! That was unfair to me as the customer.

THIS IS THE WORST WESTERN UNION EVER !! I WENT IN TO CASH MY CHECK , THE YOUNG LADY NAKIA , CASH IT AND HANDED IT TO ME IN A FOLDED PIECE OF PAPER .MY MISTAKE FOR NOT COUNTING BUT WHEN I GOT IN MY CAR I REALIZED IT WAS SHORT $100.00. I'VE CASHED OVER 20K IN 6 MONTHS AND NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM ,, I WALKED IN AND STATED WHAT TOOK PLACE AND NAKIA WITH HER RUDE ATTITUDE JUST LOOK AT ME AS IF IM CRAZY ... AND INSISTED THAT I WAIT UNTIL SHE FINISHED THIS WHOLE LINE OF CUSTOMERS, I SAID NO PROBLEM AND WAITED FOR HER TO AUDIT HERSELF.. SHE DID FINISH ABOUT A HOUR LATER THEN PROCEEDED TO COUNT HER DRAW ,,, LIKE I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE WAS NOT SHORT ,, I LEFT THE STORE VERY ANGRY BECAUSE I WASTED MY ENTIRE DAY OVER A $100.00... THE NEXT DAY I CONTACTED THE STORE AGAIN TO SEE IF THEY COULD RESOLVE THIS MATTER AND THEY STATED THAT HER DRAW WAS NOT SHORT....THEN I CONTACTED CORPORATE... I GAVE THEM PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITIES TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER ,, AND NOW IM AWAITING CORP.... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL CON ARTIST FROM MANAGEMENT TO THE WORKERS ..... -ANTHONY SLATON

Very good customer service professional however I did not like that they charge you an extra to cash a money order so it's more when you cash money order then a check
