Food/wine are solid but service has been pretty horrible my last few visits, bad enough where I don't think I'll be coming back.
At this location, I don't think the kitchen/staff are right sized for how many tables there are in the restaurant, which is probably the biggest contributing factor. Don't offer paella on your menu if you can't prepare it in under 1.5 hrs.
Assuming this was an outlier scenario, your staff should at the very least be trained to comp apps or drinks. Hell, even a Diet Coke took 30 minutes.

They have almost 0 signage about parking and I would have gladly paid. I went in with my kids to the VR place and the Putt Shack. Came out and left. A week later I received an 85 dollar bill in the mail for an hour and a half. Called the company and the people are losers out of Miami. I guess they think it's South Beach.

The image projects a fresh funky Local shopping season. Pumping up the parking lot at Westside Provision District, DJ Grace is on Howell Mill at 14th @ Westside Provisions. So many interesting places to eat and explore like Brash for the best coffee. REDBIRD, Taqueria Del Soul, The Marcel & Flowerchild are extraordinary eating experiences. Cant forget gourmet donuts from Five Daughters & fun at Ormby's food & ball games. Rothy's shoes & bags. Anthropologie, Warby Parker & Mashburn suits, Brilliant Earth gold & silver and Lululemon will complete your shopping experience. Shake Shack newly opened. Humble Pie & Knuckle hoagies soon.

One of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta. If you're hungry, definitely try the paella. There are so many great tapas to choose from at this restaurant and the drinks are always on point. Service can take a little longer to normal so be sure to plan to be at the restaurant for awhile. The wait is worth it !

We got icea cream nearby & sat at one of the Redbird outdoor tables not realizing it belonged to their restaurant. The lady/worker/waitress that asked us to move was super kind & friendly.

They have someone sitting in the parking lot watching you. If you step out of the parking lot he boots your car. It doesn’t matter if you’re shopping there and then walk over to eat at a restaurant next door. He watches and boots you; no warning. We were parked beyond the reserved parking signs and thought it was OK to park there. He said nothing to us, but he watched us. Management, you’re pathetic and this is creepy. I would not be surprised to find out that you own this booting trap.

Would avoid shopping or dining in this area. Business owners apparently contract with the BBB F-rated Castle Parking Solutions. While in town for a short visit, we carefully selected a parking spot that had no clear signage indicating that doing so was prohibited (and yes, we took pictures), only to be booted. We got stuck paying a $75 cash fine (credit cards not accepted) to remove the boot so we could get on our way. We left feeling like we had been mugged.
