I received excellent service
HOWEVER, their billing system sucks. I paid them out of pocket with evidence from my bank. They continue to send me late payment notices.

Only 1 star because conveniently located. Have been to this location previously twice and experienced excellent and better service than today!!! But today I can say this facility needs to be closed or hire new better caring professionals. Spent 2 hours here for them to collect a co-pay and prescribed something for pain & swelling. Yet you don't even know what the diagnosis is! Then refuse to do an xray claiming the machine wasn't ready, then to claim the xray tech wasn't there. Stating i should have requested an xray upon arrival! Yeah you're just here to collect co-pays. Maybe because it's coming up on a holiday weekend and you didn't want to come to work, perhaps you should have closed until the next ext business day. Will not be returning to this facility or recommending it to anyone! Never ever say never, but I'm saying concerning your unsatisfactory dissatisfied services.

Not sure how helpful a place can be for "urgent" medical issues...which means you're feeling REALLY badly... when you have walk up a flight of stairs and there is never a medical doctor, just NP 's, according to whoever answered the phone.

We will not be going back. My wife has had a fever for 5 days now. At one point, it was as high as 103.5. We had to wait an hour just to see a PA. The PA tried to tell us it was allergies and to take Zyrtec. He did relent and prescribe antibiotics for what is clearly an upper respiratory infection. This is not our first negative experience. 3rd strike.

After I waited an hour and a half (I had an appointment), the provider didn't even x-ray my foot. My foot is painful to the touch, it hurts to walk and is swollen and bruised. Update: I saw a foot specialist today and my foot is fractured. It showed up clearly on the x-rays. Thanks for letting me walk around on a broken foot.

Went in for a COVID test. Was told by my insurance that it’s covered. The front desk lady did it in the waiting room 5 minutes max. Got a bill for $400+ for a 45 minute appointment with a doctor that DID NOT HAPPEN. Kept trying to call to get it corrected. It’s been weeks and they have done nothing. Do not go here, even for a simple COVID test!!!!

I’ve been to this practice a handful of times, and each time it’s been super super clean. And very thorough and fast. The online appointment scheduling is great too. I went yesterday for a stomach bug, and the medical team wanted me to go to the hospital for some additional screening. The Westside Med medical staff called me several hours after my appt to make sure I made it to the hospital & was recovering ok. That touch of customer service will have me returning for sure.
