Badly run food bar. Only one hot plate item today at 5 pm. Go to the local deli for food. Avoid this place. In the mornings - no breakfast. Coffee stand opens at 9am. Wow!

Capital Commons on level 2 is truly the Gem in this location. The Baristas/ers all provide good service, along with well temped and fairly priced ounces of "delicious". Just a suggestion: Dump the little mermaid across the street , her blends are for the kids who enjoy diluted beans and boxed juices:)

Clean, spacious, well stocked and easy to get to on foot. Seemed there was a parking garage, but we didn't drive. There was a lot of seating to eat your hot/salad bar buys from, and even a tv tuned to football!

There are nice people here but somehow the register staff have the worst attitude… happened multiple times that they’re inpatient with customers and some responses are pretty mean. I remembered using the self checkout and had a few items that were a bit big so they ran out of space, and I asked one staff for help. She said “it’s your own problem”!!! Things like this have made my wholefoods trip something that I need to give myself a prep talk for. Not a good experience

Easy parking underground. Store is always empty so easy shopping. Produce and meats all very fresh. Pricing on par w all the other Whole Foods. Hot bar deli is not great. Food is tasteless and dried out.

I don’t know what has happened to Whole Foods over the years….the food at the hot bar is old and taste like it’s been sitting out for hours and hours….I used to know whole foods as a place of quality….and while I was eating my meal a homeless man is sleeping in the dinning area with his feet kicked up on the seating….seriously a low quantity experience for a high price. No manager or supervisor in sight, rude (probably burnt out staff) and don’t even get me started on the people who shop here(not surprising since most the people in midtown are from everywhere but Atlanta) I’d give this Whole Foods no starts if that was a option.

It is in a good location. It's a wonderful grocery store with a variety of beneficial products. "You can use your in store code if you're an Amazon Prime member." Ccc! Cynthia Cool Communication!

This Whole Foods is my favorite. The best part is the upstairs rooftop where you can relax and get your work done.

I adore dogs but not in a grocery store. One of five dogs in the store when I was there. Favorite was the one being carried over the hot food bar. This is definitely beyond service animals and not hygienic.

The healthy food choices were a lot. I tried the buffet food, and it was simply amazing! I got eggless tofu, mushrooms, mashed potatoes and noodles.

It's 2023, why doesn't this location have an Amazon locker? You have to wait 2 hours after the store opens for someone to come and get your packages. The whole point of having a package sent here is for convenience and waiting 2 hours for a person to retrieve a package is the opposite of convenience.

Whole foods is cool, but the free Sir Kensington's ketchup for the hot bar tastes nothing like tomatoes and more like something created in a laboratory. Please provide some good tasting ketchup. Thanks.

I hate this place, lol... We aren't local to this store so every time we stop by I end up buying things I never think I'll need immediately...If you're budget shopping, then their store brand is always a great go-to since they have a reputation to uphold! This location in the heart of Atlanta is kind of difficult to access when you aren't used to the area having to drive around one way streets to find parking. But it's one of the closer stores to our home so that's always more convenient.

Not sure what the problem was, but workers had attitudes and were clueless this past Sunday. I simply inquired about where the actual "bakery" counter was and an employee looked at me like I was nuts. I said, "you know, where there is an actual employee present that I can ask questions". He looked blankly at me and then dryly stated he could call someone from the bakery, but before he did, he asked me if I wanted him to call??? If I am asking you where is the baker/counter, someone to speak to, then YES, I WANT YOU TO CONTACT SOMEONE! Then the grossness began, the bakery employee (young Ethiopian girl) came in the area and I went over to her to inquire about having someone to write happy birthday on my cake. She didn't even turn around, or greet me as she pretended to be checking baked goods. I guess she thought I was going to go away, because she mumbled something about the baker being gone. She was NOT friendly and seemed VERY annoyed (then go home boo, do not stay around and be rude to customers!). I said I just need a simple writing on the cake and asked if she could do it since she was in the bakery. She then went on mumbling about if she did it she would mess it up and then mentioned about other workers downstairs in the bakery. To which I had to then ask if she could take some of her precious time and go check to see if they could write happy birthday on the cake holder, not even on the cake. That heffa came back up, basically tossed me my cake as she walked past me and was like no one can do it. She did not look at me, apologize, NOTHING! She was absolutely disgusting! I went to customer service because I really was not in the mood to have drove 30 minutes for my birthday cake to just get there only to be spoken to and treated rudely after paying $30 for a freaking cake that feeds like 5 people! I did tell management, but I'm not sure how much was going to be done by an 18-year old manager.

A little pricey but the store us very nice and spacious with a lot of health food items you can't find at other grocers. It is two levels with a rooftop seating area for eating and drinks. There is a parking deck with plenty of parking and be sure to bring your ticket with you so they can validate it. I think it is good for 2 hours but not 100% sure as I was only there for about 45 minutes.
