Nice setup, this store is well organized and clean with lots of quality stuff.FYI, they do offer some cooking classes but it's more of a demo than anything, still worth it though.

Shout to Lindsey and staff! Was here for a book signing and everyone had amazing hospitality. Despite errors that were not due to staff failure, everyone was able to make it an enjoyable time! Hopefully a shorter line the next time around!

This is my first review ever, but I had to share my horrible experience at this location because I don’t like being lied to by a store manager. At this location, I tried to return a Cuisinart food processor I purchased online and picked up in-store less than 30 days ago. I had only used the appliance once and did not like the blade technology, which made the appliance difficult to use, so I wanted to return it. The store manager told me that Williams-Sonoma does not accept any returns for used items and that I would have to send the product back to the manufacturer, CUSINART, if I did not like the product. I knew that sounded crazy, burdensome, and false so I contacted WS customer service and was told that my instincts were correct (with a few exceptions). The customer service rep emailed me a pre-paid shipping label so that I could drop the appliance off at a UPS store and send it back to WS for a full refund (because I was within the 30-day return window). Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

Williams-Sonoma furniture looks good and is quite appealing. However quality may be questionable. In 2019 we purchased a four drawer dresser. It had "polished nickel" nail heads trimming the edges. After three years we noticed that the nail heads were rusting. We contacted the store asking for suggestions. Our inquiry was ignored, even after contacting the store manager! Beware!

ATT: Williams-Sonoma (aka Rejuvenation):I will NEVER shop from Rejuvenation ever again: I ordered two mirrors for the master bathroom. They were supposed to arrive between Feb 23 - Feb 27. Tomorrow, it's April 1. In the past couple of weeks, I've phoned customer service 3 times - to be told every single time that they would call me back to let me know the status of my order. I never heard back from anyone - not a call, not an email. I later learned that not one of the customer service reps I spoke to put in any notes against my account. I emailed customer service to receive an automated response. I still haven't had an actual response. I called the store at Ponce City Market for help. The store/back of house manager lady said she'd f/up personally to let me know where my order was - she didn't keep her word or ever call back. She said she instructed customer service to contact me via email - it was never sent (yes, junk mail was checked) - nothing. I finally asked for the supposed warehouse number, to be told that it is in fact Rejuvenation that is supposed to schedule deliveries - yet; they're claiming to not know where my product is. Yet warehouse is saying that they're sitting there waiting to be delivered and scheduled by Rejuvenation! Wow, wow, wow... NEVER will I put myself through this experience ever again. And I used to absolutely adore this store and their products. Still no clarity, still no visibility, still no product. DO NOT waste your time or money. This is supposed to be a high end store, with great product, yet this has been less than a one star experience.

Really busy and lots of nice assistance to be had. It's small though and has a limited number of items.

I hate that they are no longer in the mall but I’ve discovered several other stores across the street that I would have never known about had I not been going to Williams Sonoma

I love this store....everything you can think of to enhance your culinary experience is there....I was looking for a NYE gift for a friend....with the assistance of Melba (Sales Person)- I explained what I was looking for and she led me to the item....HNY to W-S & Melba - both are tops in my book...

Easily the largest and best Williams-Sonoma location that I've ever seen. Their products are pricey, but you get what you pay for. I'm disappointed that W-S has closed their stores near my home in Raleigh, NC. Maybe if they opened a store like this near me, I'd spend a little more.

Went in recently looking for a boning knife. The staff member was friendly and took his time trying to find one but couldn't. Now, I'm just a guy that likes to cook but I was somewhat surprised that a store that claims to be a high-end cooking store didn't stock an item so basic to kitchen equipment. Fortunately, The Cooks Warehouse at Ansley Mall had several to choose from, in addition to staff members that know about cooking. If I'm ever in the market for a $600 toaster, I'll keep Williams Sonoma in mind.

Buyer Beware I received a gift that did not work out for me. I returned it unused and unopened with the receipt but was refused a refund because Williams Sonoma’s policy is to refund gifts with merchandise credit. My son who sent the gift even called Williams Sonoma to request a refund but they refused him as well.

My sister and I visited this store last Friday; Carla and Kim were truly amazing, from the moment we walked into the store we were greeted and felt welcomed! They both answered all our questions and demonstrated with such enthusiasm the items we were interested in. We truly had a great customer experience!!
