I had an amazing experience at Winnie. Myah was such an amazing stylist to work with. I explained what was probably a vague and non-detailed idea of what I wanted in a dress. I literally gave her a 30,000 foot view and she OVER delivered. It’s like I didn’t have to explain much because she read my mind. If I had to buy more dresses, I already told her I would be back to see her! This is the kind of experience every bride should be afforded when they are shopping for their special day.

Found my dream dress here! Myah was AMAZING to work with. She was so friendly and personable and really made me feel at ease. I knew we would hit it off when she reached out to me prior to my appointment to confirm. I think if you are a bride who is very particular, and you like a very luxurious aesthetic this is the place to get your dream dress ! You can tell the staff here really enjoy their role and are happy to participate in such a big moment.

Although I have not gotten my dress back yet, the experience was amazing. !!! Chasta was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was able to take my time and try on several dresses. I found my first dress on the first day. ! 10/10 experiece

My mom and I had an amazing experience! All the dresses were absolutely beautiful! I went to my appointment knowing what style dress I want, but ended up finding something different! Hailey actually found THE dress for me and THE veil!

I truly enjoyed my wedding dress shopping experience. I was a little nervous about going alone but the Krystal and the other ladies were phenomenal! They had great energy and were so hopeful!

I showed up for my 10 am appointment and no one was there. We waited 30 mins and no one ever showed up. I scheduled this appointment ~2.5 months in advance. I was notified almost 2 hrs later that my designated stylist for the day had a bit of an accident. If this is true, I hope they are okay and are doing well. However the fact that there was no one else even in the store and no one there to answer the phone to assist me at the time, I had to give this low rating

This was my first time trying on dresses. Shaquez was an absolute delight. She was so amazing and made the experience so easy and memorable. She helped pull dresses based off my picks after I told her what I liked and disliked about the ones I picked personally. She helped me get the full vision and literally brought tears to my eyes. Her customer service was literally half the experience. There’s a great selection of styles with dresses l, but I also love that you have the option to alter any of dresses.

I made my first appointment to try on wedding dresses as a new bride-to-be at Winnie Couture and the experience was amazing! I wasn’t expecting to find a dress that day, but my mom was going to be in town and she wanted me to try some dresses on with her & my sister there to get an idea of what I wanted. I booked the appointment online & shortly after making the appointment my bridal consultant Krystal texted me to get more details about what I was looking for. I gave her a few details, but I really didn’t know what I wanted. When my mom, my sister & I arrived for the appointment we were surprised to find that we had the entire place to ourselves. Krystal was ready for us & guided me through choosing different styles of dresses to try on. She recommended I try each style. I ended up saying yes to the first dress I tried on! I tried on several other dresses before going back to that first one, but I don’t think I would have made a choice that day if it wasn’t for Krystal! She really paid attention to me & my personality so that she could guide me in the right direction. It took me a while to decide, but she gave me the time & space to make my decision without feeling pressured or rushed at all! I am so happy with my beautiful dress & I had such a great experience here! I highly recommend Krystal and Winnie Couture to anyone!!!

Krystal was the best! She made the appointment fun, made me feel comfortable (newly postpartum especially) in all the dresses I tried on, and was honest using her expertise to pick out what would look nice on my body type! I highly recommend Winnie Couture and making an appointment with Krystal!

Let me begin by saying Krystal is the absolute best & lets not leave out the other wonderful lady who was of assistance too, Ms. Joi. Myself along with my bridal party enjoyed the experience. And I am pleased to say that I actually found my dress the same day I visited the store. Krystal and I communicated before my visit so she could get a general idea of what I wanted & it's safe to say “She understood the assignment.” Once again thanks for such an amazing bridal experience. I said yesssss to the dress??
