My experience was BEYOND TERRIBLE WITH THIS GUY! He has fixed my phones several times over the years but my last time there I left in tears because I was so upset! Not just about my phone but the way I was treated ! Maybe he was having a bad day but I wasn’t until I left there. I dropped my phone off because it had water damage, so I wanted him to fix the water damage,after 4 hours of waiting I left an came back my phone still was not fixed but he wanted his money. Boom. So I paid that(100$) but to make a long story short I had to go get my babydaddy because he was so rude an disrespectful to me(young black woman) then we still had to pay 70 more dollars (so that was 170$in all )for him to fix what I had already paid him for !!(. A water damaged phone ) It was ridiculous && I won’t be back! He taking advantage of people!!! I wish I can post this w/o a star :(((

I was ripped off with iPhone 13 pro max and they won't do nothing to fix it when their worker reported it missing and got my phone black listed now they giving me the run around
