AWFUL customer service. They don't answer phones, Barely reply to emails and the decision making capabilities of this place are zero. No management skills whatsoever. Refused to help me with a simple issue and I had to have my credit card company resolve it because they were being ignorant. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY.

My experience with 'Wish Atlanta' has been highly unsatisfactory. The company's business practices appear to be questionable, as they have been unresponsive to my emails (since 12/29) and have failed to provide any updates on the shipping status of my order placed on 12/18. Due to this lack of communication and service, I am currently in the process of disputing the charges with my bank. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company to save themselves from similar frustration.

I would definitely avoid ordering from this place if possible. I ordered a pair of Air Jordan 1 High MM for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered them December 13th. They shipped the next day with the tracking number saying they would be delivered by the 16th. When they weren't delivered, the tracking said that the shoes were undeliverable amd returned to sender. I checked the address when I ordered my shoes and the address was entered correctly so I don't know why they couldn't do it. I reached out to them on the 18th about it. First I called, but I'm only ever able to reach the stores voice-mail... and the voice-mail states DO NOT leave a message for orders but to email them. I emailed them that same day. Nobody reached out until the 21st saying they could reship them but it wouldn't be in time for Christmas. By that time I already found another pair so I responded that same day about wanting a refund instead. At that point I have not heard a peep from them at all. No phone call, no text message, no email... nothing. I don't even have the shoes either. They have poor customer service as you will see from the other reviews and questionable business ethics. Avoid them if you can.

I really like shopping in store but would not recommend shopping online. I ordered a $75 shirt which I never received (even though it said delivered). Reached out to customer service email twice and did not receive a response. Reached out to my credit card company to file a dispute. This company did respond to my credit card company although they did not respond to me. I again reached out to Wish because they responded to my credit card company with the delivery receipt. Again, no response.I'm not sure what happened to the shirt and I don't assume this company is fraudulent. Regardless, I will never be shopping with this company again because I am extremely unsatisfied with their lack of communication and their lack of effort to rectify the situation.

I ordered shoes online, and they arrived quickly and without issue. I decided to go into the physical store location one day, and I couldn't tell who the employees were because no one greeted me or the other customer who accompanied me. We stayed there for about 20 minutes looking around on the main floor and downstairs and had not a single interaction with an employee. My money is as green anywhere else as it is here--I'll gladly spend it somewhere else where basic customer service is a priority.

I had a fraudulent order appear on my account from this company. The order had literally just been placed so I worked diligently to try and get ahold of someone from the company so I could make sure the order got canceled. I messaged them through the shop app, I called them 7 different times with absolutely no answer and their message even states DO NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH AN ORDER EMAIL OUR ORDER DEPARTMENT, to which I did with no response. Now today the order shipped. I have never had such an issue with a company before especially when they are filling fraudulent orders and when someone tries to bring that to their attention and get help they do absolutely nothing!! I live in Kentucky and the item is going to a freaking parking garage in Washington D.C. I mean really? I mean ok it didn't set off a red flag for them but I tried literally all day to bring attention to the issue and was completely ignored. I would think twice before buying from them because I was simply trying to help them not send inventory out and lose product and money since I disputed it through my bank and I got nowhere so how do you think it will go when you actually do place an order and have an issue? They obviously don't care!!! After reading a couple reviews on here I see where people are saying they are having financial issues so maybe the reason I am not getting responses is because they themselves have a hand in these fraudulent orders ?♀️ who knows

Love wish. I get all my sneakers from there. I order online, though. lol, I have been inside a few times. it's a vibe. Customer good no complaints New joints they wavy love me some Yeezy best shoes every purchased when it comes to comfort.

Ordered shoes from the website. Within the next minute my order was canceled. Try to get an answer as to why and received no response. It was a shame was excited to purchase the shoe but because of that experience I don't want them anymore
